Can't believe the quality of workouts I am getting while dieting... Yesterday was a low carb day and I still smashed it!! Up 2.5 lbs on rear delt db exercises but with added ferocity. Up 50 lb on db side lateral raise.
On to arms ... up 10 lbs on rope pressdown
Major improvement on alt db incline curls and prone db curls
Just feeling strong and agressive all the way through, my arms are looking killer too!!
Pretty tired today a bit low on energy time to carb up have had 80 grams ..need more!!
