okay!..heres what i did this morning.for breakfeast i had 3-strips of bacon,2-hot cakes,2-tbsp.p.b,3-eggs,18oz.100%whey shake,16oz.iced water.

as for supps.i took.2-dienedrone,2-multi,2-milkthistle,3-fish oils,3-aminoacids.

heres my work-out for today!


chest,by's,neck,shoulders,tri's


flat bench-4 sets of 5-272lbs.
flat bar curls-4 sets of 10-104lbs
flat bar s/shrugs-4 sets of 10-184lbs
flat bar military press-4 sets of 10-179lbs
dips-4 sets of 20.

and post w/o supps.-3-aminoacids,3-fish oils,2-L-glutimine.


and before bed supps.2-arom-x,2-6oxo.

o.k!..bro's today was amasing,didnt' want to stop!..i took sunclouds advice and started my first dose of dienedrone on sunday,and it worked because it kicked the fok in today! i must have added 3-more reps to everything!!!and this is only the first training day on it,who ever is thinking about trying this product DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE IT!!!!its a beast!i didnt' want to stop!..my bench is at 272lbs. and the reason for that is because thats all the weights that i have for now!..i need to get more steel..like i have mentioned before i have never been to a real gym in over 5 yrs.and when i did go it was only for a day.LOL..i felt like just throwing on another plate.LOL..that mind sound cocky but its true!i will up date you more tommorrow.

that's a trip- I lived right outside of Hilo in Kurtistown for about 6 mos. with my cousins- I worked on their charter boat out of Po'hiki- on the days where we took everything we caught to Suisan's (the fish market)- I would have an Ahi burger for breakfast- FRESH grilled tuna- 8oz of yellowfin for $3

We used to catch ono, ahi, palo-ahi, ulua, all kinds of good ****.....
