have you been able to find any information first hand?
Other than Info Ive been pulling out of my ass??Hell NO!!
All of the Info I have from this product is from my own research. Ive read all of the USP releases, website ,write-ups, clinical studys...yada yada.. they all are posted some where, deep inside this board...

thats cool, but this (Aquaticus) has not been used in a mass produced product before..pharmaceutical or nutraceutical.. Usp has the clinical studys Man?????

Day 7 Legs

Leg press –2 plates 15 reps, 3 plates 10 reps,4plates 8 reps, 5plates 6 reps

Hack Squat –plates 12 reps, plate and a quarter 10 reps, 2plates 8 reps

Leg extentions-60 10 reps, 70 8 reps, 80 8 reps

Squats –135 10 reps 3 sets

Hamstring curl- 30 10 reps, 45 8 reps , 60 8 reps


I really didnt feel like i had it today it might have been cuz about an hour b4 the gym i ran into an old friend things started happen real quickly and you know the rest ... that def took alot out of me ..

I think next week I'll go alil bit heavier but my knee is still not 100 % to try and go heavy

well guys i just had one of the most intense dryland and hockey practice of me life right after a leg day i love it !!!! this will really really be the test with the Prime stuff i shouldn't be able to get out of bed tom morning

Thats awesome that u play hockey. I played in jr high and high school. Right now growing up my line mate is now in the NHL(Cam Jansen).

So is Prime worth it? Blue Up didn't do anything for me and i mean nothing.

Lat pulldown – 100 15 reps 130 10 reps 170 7 reps 180 5 reps

Standing rows with barbell – 85 12 reps, 135 8 reps,145 6 reps 145 6reps

Black hammer strength (middleback) –went light on this get a good squeeze .. plates 15 reps,plates and a quarter 10 reps, 2plates 8 reps , 2 plates and a quarter 8 reps

Seated Rows – 90 15 reps and 140 10 reps

Deadlifts –135 10 reps, 135 10 reps, 185 6 reps

NO PR's today but still a great workout !

Incline bench –135 12 reps,165 8,185 6 reps,225 5 reps

Flat D.B –50 10 reps,65 8 reps,80 10 reps,90 5 reps

Yellow hammer strength Machine-2 plates 10 reps, 3plates 6,3plates 6

Incline Flys and Flat superset –20lbs 8 reps on each 3 sets

Spider curls –60 10 reps 70 8 reps 85lbs 4 reps 85lbs 6 reps

Standing curl-20lbs 12 reps, 25 10 reps, 35 7reps 20 6reps 15 10reps ! AWESOME PUMP FROM THAT COULDN'T EVEN OPEN OR CLOSE MY HAND AFTER THAT 1 !

i was doing 215 for 5 reps before prime ..

oh well state its with a smith machine haha. thats WAY different then 225x5 free weight. btw you will see more growth with free weights. I just use smith machine for broadening

oh yeh def its just my shoulder has been hurting me for like 3 weeks now and on my first week of prime i used the smith i didnt want to go back to free weights for the sake of the log and my shoulder

smith machine has it's place and I think can be a great alternative to keep exercises fresh, also allows you to go heavier, and not have to worry about stability muscles fatiguing, which ultimately allows you to fatigue target muscles.

DAY 11 i took off .. i havent took a day off in months ! with all this hockey there was no shot i was gonna be able to do legs with practices m-thrusday and games sat and sunday !

Day 12 Back

Shoulder superset (hanging over an incline bench (delts) with front lateral with a barbell- 15z 12 reps and 20lb barbell 12 reps,20lbs 12 reps and 30lb barbell 10 reps, 25lbs 10 reps and 30lbs barbell 8 reps

Front lateral one at a time standing against a pole –15lb 10 reps,20lbs 10 reps,25lbs 8 reps

Side Lateral –15lbs 12 reps,20lbs 10 reps,25lbs 8 reps,35 6 reps

Arnold Press – 30lbs 10 reps 40 lbs 6 reps 60 5 reps

PR in green .. i am gettin PR but not gaining the weight man ! im only up .5 pounds on the scale and my diet it has been 85 % on point seriously and i am def training hard .. it might be all this cardio i am gettin from being on the ice 7 days a week and dryland 2 times a week

Don't be discouraged by your minimal weight gains bro. I played football, and hockey during, but only on weekends. I was playin fb at 215, by the time my real hockey season had ended in may or so, i was weighing 185. I mean hockey is probably one of the more killer cardio workouts any1 can do, so to maintain even a .5 gain in mass shouldn't be disconcerting in the least. Logs lookin good man. Nice pr's :).

Are you leaner though .5 up and leaner would be great results in 2 weeks. Also I believe that a lot of the weight gain will come from increased strength and heavier lifts which may take a little longer to maniftest we'll see.

reverse bench- 135 10 reps,160 7 reps,185 5 reps Rest Puase 2 reps Rest Puase 1 rep

One arm overheads // Two arm overhead superset- 15lbs 10 reps //50lbs 8 reps 3 sets

Push downs with a straight bar- 6 sets of 10 reps (15 SEC intervals ) with 60lbs SQUEEZEEEEE

Weighted dips - 25lbs 8 reps 4 sets


NO PR today but still felt really good 2day i substituted my xtend with universal intra-aid .. i def felt a dif there that stuff works ! I felt great threw my whole workout .. Your size to strength ratio is getting more and more impressive by the week...

Was prime the only thing you were using? I thought you mentioned a creatine supp somewhere, not sure now though?

NVM: I see the intra aid, but was there a cretine product?
