Arms are definitey swole...after her workout (I worked arms too, today) we were driving home and my body dismorphia kicked in...I could have sworn her arms were as big as mine!!

Did about 2 miles of mountain biking today. I'm going to have to build up to it again. But it was warm here today so soon I can do it for morning cardio!

Here are a few pics from Sat. The bicep pics are not very good as I really wasn't flexing when the pics were done:( But still they are my beginning pics to get to where I want to be. I'm wondering though, every Sat when we go play pool I end up with unwarranted female attention. The more defined I get the more attention both negative and positive I'm getting.

Also what do you mean attenetion good and negative from women? Hitting on you? Being snide? Jw because its weird but i get attention from dudes. LOL.. I get hit on by gay guys all the time, now i have no problems with gay people but i think it is the way i dress. Polos, Cargos etc. Maybe because i look like a "pretty boy" im not sure. :lol:

I get this a lot too. I think its just how peoples personalities are. Whether or not they can be happy someone else is doing something with there lives or in our case, bodies, or if they resent it because they cant.

In the gym i get the glares all the time. Usualy from dudes my age that may have there mind made up that im just a "meat head" and look at me like im a freak. Then theres other people who talk to me all the time, tell me whether im looking bigger, leaner etc etc. So i def understand what your sayin.

Another nice day today. I think I'll add the mountain biking in again today. That should do nicely for some outdoor cardio. Today is leg day and I'm usually to sick after it to do any so it will be nice to start getting some during the day. We have a nice trail here right down the street.

I did a massive amount of lunges and pop squats, leg curls and cardio type things I left naseaus as always and sweaty..blech

Okay per Easys instructions I've decided to add in RPM and Neovar to maybe gain a little energy. I'm really dragging. Today is chest day and with the trainer that I have I took my dose way before workout to see how it would make me feel before training. Can't be sick at the gym.

So far so good. My question is how often should I take this a day? Only 1 dose pre-workout or multiple times?

I think for the RPM, once per day is really it.

the neovar you can try taking 2 post workout if you will have carbs within 15 min or so. Also, you can take 1 before you go to bed.

Okay will do then. I think I'll dose the Neo depending on how I feel after the gym. but make sure if all else fails to get 1 in before bed.

I really think the RPM will help with any lethargy you've been feeling. It makes me really focused/amped when I take it. It's neat!

Why yes, I think it might be!:lol:

Chest day..
We started with incline flyes for 15 supersetted with 10 incline dragon flags we did this with no rest for 4 sets. We then went to cable flies 35lbs for 15 supersetted with bear crawls from one end of the gym to the other and at the end we did 6 push ups. This was for 4 sets.

We went to the chest press machine for 15 reps got up went to the bench and did 6 presses with a twist at the top , got up and hit 50 mountain climbers..this was done for 4 sets.

From there we did the pec deck for 40 lbs at 15 reps got off and did 45lbs x 20 reps on the decline bench. We did 4 sets. I struggled with this one.

After that we went to the squat rack, use dthe bar to do a push up and then a pop push up where we jumped our hands over at the end of the push up. We did 6 of these and then she dropped the bar a peg lower. We did this 4 times until we were only a few inches from the ground. That was hard at the bottom.

Before class I did 15 min of cardio and at the end of class I did a bunch of broomstick twists for my obliques.

The RPM seemed to help a little:) I was feeling pretty good at the end.

Apparently I'm going to be kicked in the diet ass;) My trainer is competing in 8 weeks and she wants me to start her contest diet with her. She will be getting her diet done for her by a pro trainer and so she can't tell me what it consists of yet. But like a dummy I took the challenge. She wants to see who will lean out faster;)

LOL she will for sure as she is way leaner than I am. She challenged me with the its only 8 weeks of your life c'mon! Plus we are using at as guide to see how my body responds so I will come in good for the Olympia!

I will be doing salt depletion and the whole nine yards!! Wish me luck.. Nats got an egg allergy so I know eggs are out!

Best of luck on "drying out" and contest dieting. It's probably a lot more fun to a friend/acquaintence suffering through the same diet plan as you.

Eggs actually have a decent hit of sodium in them, so they're kinda out of the question for salt depletion, anyhow. Same with most forms of whey protein, or any dairy product for that matter. Is she going do the sodium super-loading before the depletion, or is she just going into straight cutting sodium? (sorry, multiple methods of creating the same/similar result). Make aldosterone your b*tch. ;)
