10 Week Competition Preparation

Good morning guys, my first post on this forum. I am here to share with you my plan to get stage ready in 10 weeks. Currently 6’1, 235 pounds.
Carb cycling. From 10 weeks out to 5 weeks out my diet will consist of 4 “Low Carb Days” & 3 “High Carb Days”

Low Carb Days:
M1/ 225g Chicken, 2 Eggs, 1 Apple
M2&3/ 225g Chicken, 100g Greens, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
M4/ 2 Tins Tuna, 3 Eggs, 2 Tomatos
M5/ 285g Lean Red Meat, 150g Bistro Salad, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons Cider Viniger
M6/ 150g Chicken, 2 Eggs, 100g Greens

High Carb Days (Mon,Wed,Fri)
M1/ 140g Oats, 100g Banana, 4 Eggs
M2&3/ 225g Chicken, 75g Rice, 100g Greens
M4/ 2 Tins Tuna, 3 Eggs, 2 Tomatos
M5/ 285g Lean Red Meat, 150g Bistro Salad, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons Cider Viniger
M6/ 150g Chicken, 2 Eggs, 100g Greens

*food is weighed prior to cooking
