This will be my first competition ever.
Although I have never competed I have dropped from 245lbs (fat boy) to 175lbs very lean and was able to pack a good amount of muscle.
From 175 I went up to 180 and stayed at 180 comfortably without any issues.
I felt like I wanted to be more
Muscular so I bulked up to 215 in the course of 6-7 months. Gained some fat but mainly muscle.
Now I'm 12 weeks out and need to cut.
Have any of you started your 12 weeks out at this fat % where I am now?
