Hi,
You're putting way too much thought into this and chances are you won't be able to plan out your fat loss in advance like this.

Stick at a single calorie level and if you're not losing 0.5kg that week then reduce calories by 5%. So no need to plan, just reduce calories if and when you need to

Okay, what do you think about the recharge days every 3 days??
And about the percentages?

You don't need them. Just focus on your weekly caloric intake

You are still over thinking this. Weight yourself weekly, I do it every Sunday morning after I use the bathroom. Let's say you consume 2,200 cals per day and you do not lose weight, then you need a larger deficit bu either reducing calories or doing cardio. If you lose too much weight, increase cals. Adjust every week.
