Do any of you guys have any experience with 3DMJ’s recovery diet approach?
I’ve tried reverse dieting in the past and honestly all it did was prolong my hormones coming back. While it was cool to stay lean for longer, all I thought about was food 24/7, wanted to eat every second, and eventually would binge. I’m thinking of sort of meeting somewhere in the middle
