Modified Low carbs, low fat, high protein cheese cake

ingredients
1 1/2 cup of no fat cream cheese
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese - pureed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
4 eggs - separated, at room
temperature
1 cup of splenda
1 cup of oatmeal (for the crust)
1 cup of fresh strawberry (optional)

directions
preheat oven to 325 degrees

Use little oil, or non-fat pan spray. Use 9" pie pan, and cover the bottom of the pan with 1"in of oatmeal, and press it hard in the bottom of the pan, this will substitute the crust.

Try to drain the cottage cheese from water, as much as possible.

mix all ingredients together expect the egg yolk In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed for 10min. after that add the egg yolks (2 only) and mix for 5 min.

pour mix into pregreased pan

heat at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
remove from oven let it cool down, and place in refridgerator for 2 hours before serving.

It depends on what brand of cheese your using, but i calculated nutrition facts according to stuff im using:

Totals (if you cut it up into 9 slices)
per slice

Protein- 23g
Carbohydrates- 6.8g
Fat- 2.0g

Awsome, i didnt have any cheesecacke since 2 years or so. Im defintly going to try it.

I tried it yesterday, It taste little different than cheesecake but i liked it. But the out meal crust didnt hold up. It crumpled.
