It doesn't come around all the time but seems get ugly on days when I use grip for a long amount of time. I did light ass weight deads yesterday to get in some stretch and I felt it coming on. Stopped immediately! Anything with using dumbs gets it going also. Its a dull pain that hangs out in my shoulder close to my chest then moves into my elbow, down into my forearm and also into my hand mainly around my thumb. I have asked a few people I know who train and they are not sure. Thanks for any help someone can provide.
