I would have her try FitMax. Great flavor, and the appetite suppression works very well for me. I also enjoy the energy and focus kick I get from it

How well does she handle caffeine and/or yohimbine?

She's good with caffiene but unsure of yohimbine. Had her try a preworkout with yohimbine before and she had issue with it even at half dose. So I would think she a little sensitive to it.

Yeah, I’d avoid it then.

I think sometimes just black coffee and/or will power is underestimated for appetite suppression.

As well as ensuring that the calories that are consumed are filling and slow digesting

FitMax at 1 scoop is only 1.5mg Rauwolfia. Very mild, and I'm stim sensitive. The Orange Mango is amazing flavor too. Great appetite suppression. I ran it with MassMax to help keep appetite at bay.

The only product I can recall that has had a notable impact on suppressing my appetite is OL ASSASS1NATE.

Most notable in the fact that I felt full with smaller portions. It was actually quite profound.

I agree with the black coffee. That's always my go to. I also really like ephedrine. Even though I drink alot of coffee, and usually have my caffiene with what ephedrine, I have noticed reduced appetite off of just bronkaid alone, no caffiene added. To me it's the most effective thing, just needs to be cycled in and out.

Brushing my teeth always worked to fight night cravings.

Chewing gum and high water intake are also great little hacks that help.

These are the best options. Even sugar free candy if can fit into macros. Amino acids are good for someone with a sweet tooth as a way to get a sweet fix without many calories.

Never really thought about teeth brushing to fend off cravings, but it’s logical

Great "hacks " Empire. Tasty bcaa's , chewing gum, brushing teeth. Apple cider vinegar before, between, or right after meals helps a little.

Good old Ec stack is a good one.
Plenty of supplements help, Millennium Sports Shred-ultra is pretty effective.

Might give fitmax a try, I've been wanting to try it myself. I'll try giving her a small dose and see if that helps.

I RARELY use fat burners or appetite suppressants but FitMax did the job when I tried it when it was first released.

I second FitMax for that benefit.

The EC stack would help as well, don't know how she would handle the E though.

You could also have her try natural methods; drink a lot of water when feeling hungry and filling up on green, leafy veggies with lots of fiber.

THIS...along with Ignit3 (OG formula) can't be touched. I can only eat 1/2 of what I used to and am losing weight and after a week of binging at SeaWorld & Disney...I still lost 3lbs, amazing sh*t.

FitMax really helped curb my appetite when I ran it as well. Even after my body seemed to adjust to the FitMax it was still reduced.
