The Solution becomes The Predator w/ Chaos & Pain

Chaos and Pain Cannibal Predator

Claims
From the website:
The Glyco-Insulin Sensitivity blend starts the battle by helping to regulate the body’s responsive reaction to carbohydrates and insulin! Super Berberine, Banaba Leaf Extract, and Chromium Picolinate have been extensively used to aid in blood sugar balance. When your blood sugar is balanced, your insulin levels stay consistent, and you don’t have to worry about storing any “unnecessary baggage” around the midsection. Eat your carbs for performance, not storage!

The Antioxidant/ AMPk Matrix then takes over. Pterostilbene and R-Alpha Lipoic Acid are two of the most potent antioxidants known to man. Pterostilbene has been linked to higher levels of AMPk. When AMPk is present, several indicative markers of longevity and slower aging are more highly present! Now you can be a predator forever!

Then the Absorption Blend finishes it off. Capsorb® and Bioperine are widely used to enhance the absorption of nutrients, and Capsorb specifically targets herbs to unlock their full potential. With this improved absorption, you will see and feel the effects of Cannibal Predator almost immediately, with better results that you can see and feel faster. Look as dangerous as you feel!

Dosing

Based off looking at the formula, but I want to run this by pyrobatt first:
1 Cap with meals of less then 50g of carbs
2 caps with meals greater then 50g of carbs

Dose pre-workout or with heaviest carb meals, do not take post-workout (insulin sensitivity, glucose uptake ability, and glute-4 are all activated by training)

Formula

First up we have Super Berberine, Banaba Leaf Extract, and Chromium Picolinate. These are THE big hitters in this formula. They act as nutrient partitioners and glucose disposal agents. Long explanation short, they are used to help regulate the delicate relationship between carbs, blood sugar and insulin to make things WAY more efficient.

Second we have the The Antioxidant/ AMPk Matrix. More ampk= better generally for us fitness nerds. Especially for anti aging purposes.

Then the Absorption Blend finishes it off. For increasing bioavailability of pretty much everything you consume.
Now for the amazing label art!

How I will dose:

Training Days:
Pre-workout on training days usually involves 30-50g of carbs. Here I will take 1 cap.
Usually if I train late at night my post-workout meal will be my largest meal and therefore no need to dose.
If I train earlier in the day say noon. Pre-workout and meal #2 will be P+F based. PWO Will entail around 30-50g of carbs (no need to utilize here), and my last meal of the day being my largest (75-100g of carbs). Here is where I will use 2 caps.

Non-training days:
Mostly veggies and trace carbs from protein/fat sources as I carb cycle. On those days I may take 1 cap with my last meal (see if this does help in any way).

First !!

In to see how are results compare. No food porn in mine so I'm in here for that too ;)

In for an education.. also to see TheSolution post pics of baked goods (hopefully)...

lol I wrote that and then read post #3

Subbed brother! Dosing schedule looks good.

Awesome. In!

Curious what you will be looking for to see if it effective?

Post #1 under formula explains what it does and what to look for

I read the original post, but how do you check that's effective? Are you monitoring your insulin somehow?

Its meant to help shuttle carbohydrates
If you are unfamilar with what a GDA is, you need to read up on these products and what they are meant for

They act as nutrient partitioners and glucose disposal agents. Long explanation short, they are used to help regulate the delicate relationship between carbs,

Increase to bioavailability of utilizing carbs at proper times (pre-workout). since insulin is elevated post-workout there is no need for a GDA or a glucose disposal agent to help shuttle those carbs. Its beneficial as well for when you have cheat meals or refeeds and need something to help shuttle the carbs through your system in an efficient manner. that is what these products do. You will notice less bloat and a better pump during your workouts (pending formula)

Predator:
Dosed 1 Cap last night pre-bed with carb heavy meal. Due to having to be out of town all day today I had to train super early today.
Hence the backloading of the carbs to support and optimize my AM Training this morning. Only Day 1, so nothing to really note. Digestion and utilization seems to be better just off one dose by how my stomach feels. So there may be some digestion aid right off the get go. Ill keeping an eye on the mirror to, to see if this does help anyway in body comp

Awesome meal. You never fail to wow me with that cooking ability.

Good to hear you felt smoother digestion almost right away!

About 23-25 Pounds up from Stage weight in November (West Virginia Mid-Atlantic)

well see how my body comp plays out here.
So far digestion has been very smooth today. No complains.

What's your BF%?

Don't know. The mirror is all that matters. When you step on a BB Stage your BF% number doesnt matter it is how you look.
I have had a few dexa scans done before and I hover around 11-13% in the offseason.
Probably around 6% for show day

Dedication !!!

Predator
Digestion was good yesterday with the addition of preadtor. This is the outline for legs later today.
I will be dosing 1 cap later tonight with my carb heavy meal.
Tomorrow is an off day, and start of a deload week after 6 weeks of overreaching, so next week will be low key with diet and pretty low in carbs, So I will only be using maybe 4-5 caps of predator all week.

Stuffed peppers look good, one of my favorites !!

Subd.

I've said t numerous times but your side chest is your strongest pose (imo)! Look great man

Yesterday Dosed 2 caps with a cheat meal. No digestion issues waking up today, and best part about it? I ended up losing weight... WUT!?
I can tell from a digestion standpoint this stuff gets the carbs/food through you very quick and is effective. Which is exactly what a GDA Should do. Now if this can help me increase carbs and food while keeping my BF/Phsyique in check this will be a true winner.

I am only a few days into Predator so far, but I have to say I am very happy.

Ill dose 1 cap today with my last meal of the day with around 30-40g of carbs as this will be my only carb meal today on my offday.
Most likely taking tomorrow off as well and maybe get back to training Wednesday (pending on how I feel).

Taking it very light this week as a full deload from training after 6 weeks of overreaching and going all out. Gotta listen to your body. pyrobatt this is good stuff!

Taking another off day. After 6 weeks of destroying myself in the gym and crushing PR's the break is exactly what the body and doctor needs. (as much as I hate being out of the gym).

I actually took 2 caps yesterday. One I took before going to starbucks for a sandwich and 1 before bed when I had 30g of carbs from a potato.
Weight dropped another .8 pounds.

This stuff is the real deal. I can tell based off the scale that its helping metabolize and shuttle the nutrients with no dietary changes just within a few days, and even on a day where I ate donuts, ice cream , and a full entree of whatever I wanted.

My digestion feels great these last 3 days, no signs of bloating or nothing. Really impressed thus far with the Predator. Lets see if my weight drops again on non-workout day macros and sticking to my normal dietary intake.

I MAY, key word MAY, go train tomorrow and hit something upperbody since I have some nagging low back injuries (From being overweight in the past) and a left hip which is tight. I do a ton of rumble rolling and stretching, but want to get them 100% before I Squat or do anything leg focused (maybe sunday)

Predator
Added an additional 100 calories to my low day yesterday in the forms of carbs with trace fats. And guess what? Woke up again lighter.
Predator is really being a key asset in me being able to:
1) Digest larger meals easier
2) Being able to utilize carbohydrates more efficiently.
3) Allowing me to increase my caloric input while still maintaining my weight, or even dropping it.

I will have to get some pictures to see if I notice a recomp effect
pyrobatt its not even a week. I am SOLD on this GDA

Predator

Took 2 Caps before a cheat meal last night and only up .8 Pounds. Had a full pint of ice cream, PB Cup Cookie from Starbucks, a creamfilled Peanut butter cookie sandwich, and a large piece of the texas trash pie i ordered for my birthday.

Crazy how much you can eat on this stuff and NOT gain weight...

Really REALLY happy with this product.

Dietary Changes

I emailed my trainer, and he wants us to add 100-150kcals (100 non training 150 training) to see if predator will continue to keep my weight stable or if it continues to drop I will add more. This will really show if the product is capable of truly being able to metabolize these calories in an efficient way.
pyrobatt thoughts?

Give it a try, I would jump up 200 personally mid training block. Bank on the extra kcals 1 to 2 weeks pre peak and see where your numbers are.

What are your goals for the Mesocycle? Bodyweight reduction/gain , strenght, or general training structure? Just out of curiosity .

That Cake Does Look Good !!

Off day today:
1 Cap Predator taken with last meal. Which will be my only carb meal today. 30-40g of carbs from white potato. Also will have chicken, green beans, and a few eggs on the side.

Tomorrow back to training with an IFBB Gal who attends my gym. She is 5 weeks out from her pro debut in Louisiania to qualify for the Olympia

this gal can kick the crap outta me!
