1 cap with last meal today (only carb meal) Weight dropped again to 168.8 this morning. I am really seeing the benefits of this product in helping me stay leaner, and add more calories. Absolutely crazy how just adding this in, and instantly you can metabolize more calories and nutrients in a matter of days. I am actually shocked. I have yet to use a GDA that can do that.

Weight dropped another .02 this morning to 168.6 . Added an extra TBSP of PB, added SF Jelly and a rice cake on top of increased macros yesterday and still dropped. I could tell that the scale was going to move down because even after my last meal (largest meal) and the extra food my stomach was still growling.

This stuff is no f'in joke.. you can eat more, stay lean, and keep pushing. I took progress pictures yesterday and my leg cuts look deeper, and midsection looks tighter.

Off Day Today..
1 Cap with afternoon meal (25g Carbs) 1 Cap Pre Bed (30-40g) Carbs. The rest of my 100g of carbs comes from veggies today.

Last night with my cheat meal I had:
1/4th of my Texas Trash Pie

Taking 2 caps before cheat meal tonight. Weight still around 169. Which has been about a 2-3 pound drop since starting. Bottle should be kicked by this weekend. Ill get some final pics up to see how much progress we have seen in the mirror. Even with adding calories, I feel just as lean if not leaner. Legs look much deeper in cuts. We will see what the mirror says!

30g of carbs from white potato.

Already half way through the bottle if not more.... Coming to a close and fast. This stuff will get a HUGE praise from me.

Take my NASM Test tomorrow for Personal training, so if I do pass you better believe a lot of predator will be going down!

Final review should be up by the end of the weekend as the bottle is getting down there. This stuff is F'in Incredible. I cannot reccomend it enough.

Had no power last night, electric company had to come at 2 AM To fix a broken wire. So needless to say I slept maybe 30 minutes.

It was formulated to mimic metformin as we had discussed. It's legal and effective as per blood work. Both strip testing and fasted doctor drawn test. Also had an interesting effect on blood triglycerides. Bad ass log so far!

Weight dropped another pound. Down to 167, and I even had 2 Donuts yesterday. They were gluten free protein donuts made by a girl that goes to my gym, but they were pretty hefty in calories. Today is cheat meal, so I will dose 2 caps before bed with pint of ice cream because that is easily over 100g of carbs and 100g of sugar!

Digestion
This is a huge factor of this GDA. Since the inclusion of this my GI tract has never felt better. Everything is going down with ease and my stomach feels lighter on a day to day basis. My meals are pretty straight forward, I prep things in bulk and really stick to the same meals day in and day out. Makes life easy, and of course I use the sources that digest best. Since adding in Predator it has been a good help in aiding in digesting the food.

GDA Effects
If you ask me, this literally ranks as one of my top GDA's ever. Yes that is including the OG Recompadrol that is now. If I were to break it down this is how I would rank them based off how I felt, how I was able to utilize my carbs, and how I was able to use them during cheat meals.
