This is my new log regarding the pre-workout supplement Beast Mode. Tonight's workout was the first time taking this "nasty" stuff and after taking it I started feeling like I literally had the "creepy crawlies" on me!! Even though it wasn't the most pleasant tasting thing I have drank, it gave me more energy and I was able to lift more then usual!! So, I guess it was good in that aspect!!! I'll continuing taking it until I run out and hopefully, it will taste better the next go around since I used more water then I was supposed too!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!!
