I've used all the flavors of Xtend, I believe, and they're all decent (I like some more than others, but none are bad). It's a good flavored 2:1:1 option. It really just depends on the price point of other products and what school of thought you subscribe to -- some like the 4:1:1 or 8:1:1 (leucine to others) ratio more than 2:1:1. I personally didn't experience much of a difference between them, but I know some have.

My all-time fave BCAA flavor is the watermelon! I also like the lemon-lime to add to powder Gatorade for a nice endurance intra/recovery drink: aminos, carbs, electrolytes.

I have never noticed a huge difference between any BCAA ratios such as 2:1:1 or 4:1:1 so I typically focus on price per serving and buy what is on sale.

I prefer a BCAA product with more Luecine than only a 2:1:1 ratio. Hoewever, Xtend brings great flavor, really love grape and orange, and additional cit mal which I really like. Overall, a good BCAA product.
