Not really, the only other place I order stuff from is NP really, and haven't had problems with that ever. But that could just be bc i've made 50,000 orders there already lol

I had the same problem last month using my old CC from out state. Just use the billing address tied to your CC; it doesn't have to be the same shipping address, just billing. After you order just get your bank to correct the info. :)

I did that, I tried the address I live now, and the one I lived right before it. I already got in touch with my bank yesterday so I'll try again today or tomorrow on the site. I will have this stack damn it.
