Yeah agreed it's realistically the half life effect of it if anything. Also my last comment was at 325 I'm 3,800. I just remembered I'm at 2850 on 325. Just wanted to cor4ect that
Soooooo...... I did a zercher single with 325. It was pretty fukin hard, but probably not my Max, I do think I can train my way to four plates, especially if I get my deadlift back up over 5...
