Flatulence Failure 😞

Yo, so can anyone help? This is now my fourth cycle - I won’t go into previous courses, and only give a brief outline here as it’s not really relevant to the issue I need help - or advice - with. First my cycle is 400ml of Test E, 50ml of Tren, and 50ml of Mast, this is only week four, I’m bulking and sitting at 85.9kg, I’m going to wait till week 8 cut the Tren and Mast and up the Test E to 600ml and introduce primo at a 2:1 ratio, my sub cut fat is around 12% and body fat total is around 14% - I am currently stacking in 3700cals a day. Now, on to the issue - I’m gassing my wife out. I’ve never been in a relationship where I actually cared enough to do something about this sort of issue, but now I’m married, and I’d do anything for her — I mean I was actually contemplating getting her breathing apparatus just to make it through the night. When I woke up this morning I actually nearly knocked myself out with what I’d produced during the night; I actually got out of bed, opened the window, and fanned the farts out of the window with a flapping towel. So, the question does anyone no how I can control this at least, stop this at most?

"MG" not ML.

It's a matter of food choices. Switch to a low FODMAP type diet and if you're taking in a lot of shakes and protein powders I would replace those with more real food. Possibly cut out dairy. After powders and bars, Beans, broccoli and dairy are usually the biggest contributors to a gassy bodybuilding diet

Ok, Smont, sound. So I already only have lactose free vegan sheese, and lactose free semi skimmed milk. I usually have two whey protein shakes — so I’ll cut that. And I generally only eat peas, carrots, or sweetcorn when it comes to vegetables. Thanks for the info, man 🫡 hopefully my wife’ll thank yi 🫶🏽😆 and may I say you looked jacked, brother 👊🏽

I've switched to all lactose-free products myself and I still noticed if I drink a lot of them I get gas. I think there can be an actual dairy intolerance not just lactose. I mean don't get me wrong if I'm drinking regular milk versus fairlife or ultra filtered milk there's a huge difference, but I'm still not getting off scot-free. Some people have good luck with probiotics and digestive enzymes but just a heads up they usually make your stomach a little worse before it starts to get better. You could also try taking alpha-galactosaide (I may have butchered the spelling) it's what is on the gas pill Beano. You can try taking one of those every morning and it should help as well.

And thank you, I'm trying 😂. I just started ramping up a cycle myself so hopefully I stack some new gains on me this summer 🤞💪

Yeah, so I take pre and pro biotics — one cap a day, I also take Actimel every day as I’ve heard (Vigorous Steve) that helps to breakdown the lactose. But it’s funny you say that about, “your stomach a little worse before it starts to get better,” as this is only the second week of me taking them and my trumping has gotten worse— this could well be related 🤔🤓

Yeah I’ll look out for that, Smont, I’ll upload after my bulk and ones once I’m cut 💪🏽💪🏽 cheers for the help 🫡👊🏽💪🏽

^ What Smont said.
... Also, if you happen to be eating ground turkey, that has been known to cause a Lot of gas in myself and others.

That’s all great to know. I’ve now got a whole new diet sheet. I’m actually already eating most stuff that’s ok on the FODMAP, but there were things like apples, past firm bananas — and honey 😥 (who’d a thunk it) on it that I was eating that could well have been part of the problem. I have woke up and the air is not green 🤣🤣 this may be a new step in the right direction 👍🏽

Na, just the farts, brother. But the info I got from SMONT and some investigation from myself has pretty much cured the issue within a week. I’d say the air is no longer a toxic green and more a burnt bum ochre.
I think I had Noro like 15+ years ago. I could burp in a room, leave the room, come back five minutes later and it smelled like a septic tank still. fixing my gut with some good yogurt fixed it in like 2 days.

Yeah, bro, it’s mad how like delicate a situation the belly is. Especially when your on gear. Who would have known the eating a broccoli stem or over ripe banana could have you farting like a storm trooper about to get his balls chewed of by Chewie. It’s amazing things could just get fixed by including a wee bit o pro biotic.

honestly dude I do not take for granted the fact that my body processes food pretty clean, effectively, and fast. one meal = one trip to the toilet typically. My guts don't hold multiple meals stacked, zero constipation in probably 15+ years, 6am every single morning after one cup of coffee (and sometimes before) I'm in the john. its a weird discussion, but I'm grateful for that part of my health. I have known people who are like "yeah I **** like once every 2-3 days. if it goes more than that I get nervous" I'm like what? I **** like 2-3 times in a day lol.

Stay away from Reta then. F*****cked up my flawless digestion.

I get it, that would suck. maybe its just me becoming a boomer but the wife and I are so dialed that even when we travel and have to dine out a lot, we always have a salad on the menu. at the very least, maybe we order a burger to split, and a big salad to split. that type of thing.
