X2^^^Well help with sleep is extremely valuable IMO. Then again I'm not the most sound sleeper, and I usually toss and turn at least a half hour before I actually fall asleep. I do find that w/ ZMA use, once I actually fall asleep, I stay asleep. Most mornings I also wake up with less grogginess. I used ZMA consistently from the age of 18 to 20-21 and loved it. The only reason I stopped was b/c it was much more expensive then and i just couldn't afford it. I use it today though.
I'm a fan or ZMA and Glutamine before bed, Glutamine especially over the winter months, and find it helps with sleep and recovery. Many people will disregard and/or bash glutamine, but I like it and it's cheap nowadays.

I'm using ZMK though.

I don't know about ZMK but ZMA usage instructions usually say take on an empty stomach at bedtime. Who goes to bed on an empty stomach? Isn't it is more important to have a high quality slow protein shake just before bed.
Anyone have a way to take both?
I got a bottle of ZMK waiting in the shadows BigMoe. I've never used it, hearing really good things. Finishing off a huge bottle of straght ZMA that I had.

The main problem with ZMA is calcium. As that interferes with the absorption. I take mine 30-45 min. before a shake before bed and still get the same exact effects. It's no problem at all really. It's not like the ZMA hits you immediately anyway. Taking it 30-45 min before bed gives it time to absorb and you're good to go. For how cheap it is, it's a very underrated supp IMHO.
