ZMA...waste of money or good investment?

Yeah maybe it's good for sleep/recovery if you are deficient in magnesium (athletes mostly are) but I don't know if it is effective as test booster too.

Depends on what you're looking to get out of it. In terms of increasing testosterone, there are better options out there. In terms of increasing sleep quality, it is hit or miss. You would need to try and see if it works for you. It is one of the cheaper sleep options though, so if it works for you in that regard, great. However, you could also look into melatonin and some other cheaper alternatives for sleep quality.

It really helps me sleep get deeper sleep from it imo but seems to work best if I use it for a few weeks and then come off for a few weeks then use it again.

ZMA gives me a much better, deeper and consistant sleep and I no longer use pharmaceutical help.....give it a try.

Agreed - I only recommend it if someone is truly deficient

Good investment in my experience..not for its purported benefits of test boosting but for its noticeable effect on sleep quality; and it being a source of zinc and mag which are important minerals that a lot of folks are deficient in. I typically only have to take 1/2 or 2/3 the full dose to get the sleep benefits which means 1 bottle lasts me a VERY long time only dosing once or twice a week.

Definitely recommend giving it a shot. It's cheap so if it turns out to not be your thing then you won't be out much :D

I didn't care for it.

I love the deep sleep I get when I take it, I notice a difference in the quality of sleep when I don't. It also doesn't leave me groggy when I wake up. If you look around you can generally find it on clearance, I just picked up a 2 month supply for 8 bucks, or just get 400mg magnesium pills from any pharmacy for a few dollars. It's not worth 20 bucks a month, but I use it all the time because I'm a very light sleeper and wake up at 4:45 every morning to get to the gym

I use SNS ZMA cause I'm aware I don't get enough Magnesium in my diet.
