Your thoughts on my plan

Hello, I've been lurking here for a while now and while I haven't got all of your shorthand down yet, I believe I'm catching on. Here is my basic plan, and please let me know your thoughts on it. I am 39 210lbs. Never used any gear whatsoever. I considered tren a while back, but decided I didn't want to mess with all the ancillary meds, so I didn't. I am looking to put on some lean muscle and trim a bit. I am considering doing R3 IGF-1 @ 40-50mcg EOD for 6-8 weeks. From what I've been reading it seems to be a stand alone. No worry about gyno, atrophy, etc. I realize the results wont be anything like anabolics, but I'm not trying to look like Arnold. Will this with doing my normal hard workouts 5x a week show me some sustainable results?

i understand u want to use peptides over aas. but understand this.... if u run a 6week cycle of just test prop and pct with clomid and nolva and ull achive ur goals.
butttttt if u reallllllyy wanna go with peptides heres a few u can consider.

ghrp-2/6 150mcg morning, pre wo if ghrp2, post wo if ghrp6 5days on 2 days off
CJC w/DAC 500-1000mcg 2x week , CJC without DAC 100mg 5days on 2 days off
igf lr3 40-60mcg pre wo bi-lateral, but this 1 is wierd...some like it post wo.
clen and t3 cycle is always a nice addition to a peptide stash like that.
