So I've been steadily losing weight (getting stronger though) but I want to be on a bulk.....odd huh? So I need to up my calories. In addition to more milk and oats, what are your thoughts on EVOO? I have just been putting a tablespoon in my morning shake and a tablespoon in my before bed shake and it's nearly 250 more calories a day simply from that. Is this an ok source of calories? Is ok to take the fat like that at bedtime? Will this help slow the absorption of my protein during the night or just make me fatter?
