Trying to make a folder for my personal training career. I figured your opinions would matter.
What im trying to do is give an example of a plan out on nutrition and supplementing. Basically what im wondering about is what everyones, on my favorite forum, opinion would be for staple supplements.
Like, what would be staple supplements for an ectomorph? Or endomorph? Hard gainer? Easy gainer? Obese? Goal of wanting to be healthy? Etc. etc.
I do understand all of them would be the same on some supplements. Like the basic would be vitamin and mineral, protein, fishoil, joint complex, etc. etc.
Or for the training to get bigger you would add in creatine, or even for an athlete.
If you were trying to do the same thing, what would you choose?
 
In my experience, the least amount of responsibility that you put on the client, the better rate of compliance. The best thing is going to be to give them the tools to be able to discern what is a good food and teach them some accountability and good habits.
 
So I shouldnt include myself into a supplement plan. I was still focusing on nutrition and fitness, but was just trying another route in supplements. I guess I could have that on the side just incase they ask...

Have advice about supplements because they will always ask, but don't go about recommending anything beyond a multi and fish oil.
