Your go to song for Squats and Deads

I'm looking for your go to song when preparing to get under the bar for your heaviest set of squats or get ready to pull your heaviest set of deads.

I listen to mostly Rock/Rap in the gym, but open to all suggestions.

Domination by Pantera! The breakdown after the solo gets me real pumped for my heavy sets!

These are all great too espically the machine head and lamb of god songs!

Killing in the name by rage against the machine and skip to the last minute of the song. Oh my god it's ridiculously good

If you listen to any songs from lamb of god, you will be crushing the weights

If you're a hip hop head like me you gotta have the DMX..rage is a good choice too

Dramatic song by Toby Turner.

Seriously though I listen to burn halo up from the ashes lately

My go to for my balls-to-the-wall squatting (these versions of the songs matter):
-The first one that became a staple: Invalid Link Removed
-Then it progressed to this: Invalid Link Removed
-My latest ritual that allowed me to hit that 315x20 on the squat: Invalid Link Removed

I have some for deadlifts, mostly Slayer songs off the bootleg "Live In Genk 22.09.90":
-Black Musik (Black Magic on 'Show No Mercy')
-War Ensemble (for max attempts; I begin after the long guitar solo towards the end)
-Bury the Evil (Spirits in Black on 'Seasons in the Abyss'; rep out song, I begin after the second chorus when that new riff kicks in)

NYHC and Metal..I more or less listen to Hardcore..Usually its the same bands more often then not and they are :

-Slayer
-Sworn Enemy
-Full Blown Chaos
-E Town Concrete
-Blood for Blood

I have to say i LOVE TRAING TO E Town Concrete -Time 2 Shine..Album from begining to end is fkn bad, breakdowns amazing!!!

NYHC 4 Life

Those are my top 5 that get me amped..Ofcourse Madball,Agnostic Front,Pantera,Terror are a few others....

Hollow Points-AOTP

"You'd have to shoot me to stop me and if you don't kill me... you're stupid cause the next time you see me I will kill you." Right before the first verse always gets me amped up. The underground rap route IMO AOTP only way to go, heavy metal rap.

My homegirl Liz is in the video at the end, chick with the bandana around her head. She also does Porn, check her out,her name is bella Delamorte =)..we grew up togtether and still meet up at Hxc shows atleast 1 time a year!

NYHC for life

The posters above naming Agnostic Front know what they're talking about. I haven't listened to music during max attempts for some time but my old staple was "My War" by Black Flag. And anything by the Dead Kennedys works well in a pinch.

Jay, Agnostic Front and some of the other NYHC bands were a staple for me growing up even as a California kid. Roger Miret's side project, the Disasters, is also some excellent stuff though it's quite different from AF.
