The essential mixes are legit. Good choice. Carl Craigs may provide but its a little more for background if lifting.

nice!! sep did a good job on that..didn't know it could be played any faster...lol IMO exodus is the only ones keeping up with slayer (shovelheadkilling michine for expample)...im not really up on new metal though. when im not working out grateful dead is on 24/7...yeah im a head. sure cant tell by looking at me...lol
 
I mostly listen to metal. I find that the bloodsimple radio station on Pandora is great to keep motivated.

I should upload my pics from a concert a couple years ago...was front row for a triple bill of Exodus, Testament playing The Legacy in its entirety, and Megadeth playing Rust in Peace in its entirety. FRONT ROW!!! Insane pits.

For the last couple of months man, I can't do my deadlifts (which I do twice a week) unless I'm playing the Foo Fighters "Wasted Light" CD.

yea, i know. but I just typed in shots, and it gave me shots radio, and the variety on there is awesome! I only listen maybe once out of every 10 workouts. but it really jams.
