On a serious note, As I Lay Dying, Parkway Drive, Slayer, Lamb if God, Bleeding Through, Emmure, and lately Above This has done the job. Heavy music = heavy weights. Giddyup

Anything from Meshuggah is perfect for lifting. After the Burial and Born of Osiris are great too.
You guys have brought up some great memories for me. I'm 40, so I definitely dig all the 80's metal. Maiden, Priest, any Metallica from Justice for all & before that.. Motorhead, Skid Row, G&R, LA Guns, Pantera, RATT, Ozzy, (and definitely Black Label Society).. Some of the newer stuff I dig is Killswitch - my curse; that dude's got some pipes.. STP, & Velvet Revolver, Mudvayne & Hellyeah. I got my parents hooked on Hellyeah a couple years back! My mom is 70 & dad is 66 & they friggin rock out to them & BLS!!
for cardio, it's all techno & 80's new wave. Depeche Mode, New Order, The Smiths/Morrissey, Erasure, Ferry Corsten, DJ DLG, Tiesto, Warp Brothers.. Damn, I could go on all day..
