This is interesting. By pressor I am assuming you mean pressor effect regarding blood pressure? Being 26 I have not noticed any negative effects. But I would be an idiot to ignore the possibility.

Chocamine + Heat + plcar + l-dopa + caffeine on a minimum as needed basis

Rotated with

EC + alphaburn.

And probably add abliterate advanced and/or eviscerate depending on how my progress goes. Also depending on what trouble spots arise.

Coop I respect your knowledge very much based on what I have seen you post in the past. How about something like for Forma or 6 bromo with either of my layouts.

There are contraindications between EC and L-dopa/tyramine. Tyramine can independently produce a blood pressure issue as you alluded to, but with ephedrine, the issue would obviously become greater. L-DOPA is more of a concern when combined with strong stimulants such as ephedrine, and can exert effects on both BP and heart rate in such a scenario.

Personally, I like scenario #1, as the alpha-y in HEAT stacks quite well with L-DOPA as far as mood is concerned.

For scenario #2, since you have access to DCP, I'd also add DCP to that stack. Be sure to distance all your alpha-y/ec/HEAT doses as far from food as possible, ESPECIALLY the alpha-y, which should be spaced from insulinogenic meals by 2-3 hours.

I'm personally big on abliderate advanced. I know you guys advertise it for VAT but the effects on subcutaneous fat were as profound as what Eviscerate provided.

Coop I am going to pick your brain some more.

I am prescribed adderall. I am going to assume that the dangerous interactions with EC are the same if not more potent with adderall? I only use it for work on mentally challanging long days (12+hours). I can't even get my calories in on a cut some days I take it. I NEVER take EC and adderall ( or any stim with adderall)

Right now I am using abliterate advanced. Look at my avatar. I got a lower ab fat issue. AA is working quickly for that area. Eviscerate didnt work this well for lower ab fat on me, but was super effective at reducing love handles. In my opinion eviscerate really shines when your already really lean, and use it as a perfection tool. I loved using it on my shoulders/arms. It took areas from cut to muscle fiber showing ripped. I have how ever seen people who had almost magical results on their lower abs from eviscerate. Does that imply I have a cortisol issue in that area?

I appreciate you sharing your wisdom.

Yes, DEFINITELY do not combine EC with adderall. If you are prescribed adderall, don't even bother with EC. That adderall will help you, both cognitively and for cutting (no one get any ideas here).

Almost all males have the "lower ab fat" issue. The nature of male pattern storage is from the "ground up," with the ground being your lower abdomen and the latter periods of fat storage being your upper abdomen. Thus, the lower region is also the last to go when you cut.

None of this implies that you have a cortisol issue since your VAT, as per your avi, appears to be minimal. That said, Abliderate Advanced is a pretty complete formula and I'd continue using it. Honestly, for areas of "stubborn fat" such as your lower abdomen, Alphaburn is your best bet.

Very interesting. I really was under the impression that EC was safer than adderall. In no way should anyone use prescriptions for unintended purposes, and I in no way do so. Just a note for readers getting any ideas.

Alphaburn really is awesome. I got a RPN fatloss stack years ago and it was included... I've purchased countless bottles since then.

I realize males hold stubborn fat around their lower abs, but it just means it's difficult to go away. Not impossible, and it will be gone soon.

Also muscle preservation is a topic I would like to bring up. I always heard about EC helping preserve muscle, and it doesn't crush my appetite just controls it. Plus it's cheap, that's why I always used it. Besides BCAA what do you think works well for preservation? Personally I think DCP helps a lot, when I ran DCP for a cut I felt I didn't lose much or any muscle at all.

EC is muscle-sparing as per in vivo studies, which is better than most products out there can say. Even BCAAs have no scientific backing in the context of a high protein diet, with respect to catabolism. In general, ingredients that can enhance fat loss without widening your caloric deficit should be LBM sparing, as you will lose fat at a constant rate with less of your muscle acting as the "substrate" for weight loss. So yes, DCP would be great. Another option I would suggest is systemic cortisol control, such as that provided by Reduce XT or Lean Xtreme. You can keep using your abliderate advanced with such a stack, as the side effects of low cortisol (inflammation and achy joints) don't seem to present themselves with AA. Another option is USPowders forskolin, which has demonstrated to reduce BF with a minor increase in LBM over a 3 month period.

Interesting. Thank you again for the wisdom. One thing about AA that makes it so great is that you do avoid the sides of low systematic cortisol. When cutting recovery is already slower, I don't want to combat joint issues as well. Especially because I do a lot of Olympic and explosive training. that is my fear with adding something like erase or forma. Even though it would help with the dry look I don't want my supplements to inhibit my training in any way. It seems counter productive to me in most cases.

That is user-specific, and in your case, you are probably right. Another thing to consider is that anything that increases your training output (weight or reps) is likely to be muscle-sparing if net-energy intake is the same. In other words, performance-enhancing ingredients like citrulline malate, nitrates, LCLT (great for recovery too, since you noted that), and beta-alanine will all spare muscle indirectly.

Intra work out drink is
1g plcar ( half pre half during)
2g lclt
3G dicreatine malate
3.2g BA
And right now 1 scoop modern bcaa bulk.

This is really my "poor mans protocol".

Looks good to me honestly. If you can get 3g of citrulline (or 8g cit mal) preworkout, that would be fantastic for performance.

"borrowing" this stack :D

Holy hell... three responses and not one smart-ass "cardio" response.

Wait... oops.
I was about to spare you but you asked for it! LOL Just kidding. I think if your hitting cardio 5x a week any of these would be good ones to get. MGN has a fat burner for only $9.99 called TrimDown Plus. If you check out Invalid Link Removed you will see one of our fitness models that used the product. She got amazing results and we have gotten great reviews on it. It has been sold out for 2 weeks but is back up now.

Try this on for size (no reverse-pun intended):

DCP at 4 tabs/day
SNS TTA-500 at 1 cap/day
SNS RK-500 at 1 cap/day
SNS PLCAR at 3 caps/day (optional)

Profit.

I am going to try this!!

Just out of curiosity, the label must be a misprint right? I can't see how YHCl can come before caffeine in a 1g blend without killing you.
