Don't really have any specific questions but was more looking to hear some feedback. How your specific routine looked? Things you liked? Things you didn't like? Things you'd do different? Just some stuff along those lines.
Have been running 5/3/1 with high volume hypertrophy work for assistance and enjoying it but wanted a change for summer. I like the approach Layne takes with this focusing on strength and hypertrophy.
