DAY 10:
Alrighty boys I think the effects are slowly approaching. I do know that my strength is up for sure. My deadlifts today were improved already from last time, and I felt like I could've squeezed a couple more out if my grip wasn't slipping. Chalk is gunna be necessary! Any places you guys know of that have it? Maybe it's just in my head, but I felt a little more vascularity in my chest for some reason. Again, maybe placebo lol idk...
Took half a scoop pre-workout of White Flood, didnt feel anything. Ended up taking another half, making a full scoop altogether. Not my fav preworkout I've tried, but the energy felt clean and crisp if that makes sense. Felt a little more focused.. and my Ubiquinol probably helped keep my heartbeat under control.. not sure yet. Something I didnt like about White Flood is that it doesnt pack the skin heat feeling and jitter(beta alanine I believe?)

-Lat pulldown- 105x10, 105x10, 135x8, 150x5
-T-bar rows w/barbell- 45x10, 45x10, 90x10, 90x10
-DEADLIFT- 175x8, 175x8, 225x8, 255x7
-Preacher Curls- 65x8, 75x8, 85x5, 90x4 ALSO WENT UP SLIGHTLY

-DB Incline Curls- 20x16, 20x16
