DAY 34: BACK/BICEPS

So this was the first day back in the gym after my TIA, and wanted to go easy and just do a few workouts and make sure I was gtg...

-Lat pulldown 120x8 135x8 150x5 165x5
-Pullups 4x failure
-Deadlift 175x8 225x5 295x4 305x4 225x8
-Preacher curls 85x8 95x5

Felt fine, still sore in the core of my chest.

DAY 35: LEGS

Again, wanted to keep my without short, and didn't want to squat nor did I have time. Got stuck talking to a friend who has been secretly cycling lol jerk... Should've known! :P

-Leg press 195x10 285x8 365x8 395x5 90x15
-Calf raises 50x20x3
 
So due to the fact that I lost a solid week or more of progress, I am going to push my diet even harder and continue to bulk dirty, and make as many gains as possible until I'm done with the cycle. Only have about a week left. I have been going 3 days gym & 1 day rest, but will be taking NO rest days after tomorrow until these last 7 or 8 days are finished. Same routine as far as muscle groups and order...just skipping rest day altogether. Gotta make the most of this.
 
DAY 36:

Today was going to be a rest day, but ended up only working the morning shift instead of open to close...so u know what that means ;) gym time. Today was probably the best workout in a couple weeks. I have been given the chance to sample the ConDense preworkout, and took it for the first time today and will be taking it tomorrow and the following day, a total of 3 days. LOVED IT!

Pump was insanely amazing today, and felt like an animal. ConDense definitely played a role in that! Loved my gym time today, and can't wait for biceps and deadlifts tomorrow :)) PR's baby!
 
Eat eat eat. First day of pct I lost 6 pounds :( I was at a beautiful unbelievable 180 the biggest I've been, this morning sitting at 174 yesterday was day one pct. eat bro the minute u get off there goes 5 pounds water weight. Strength today was still nice i felt "on" but also taking daa, white flood and activate extreme. Although dropping the water weight is giving me a decent "lean" look.

WTF??? 6 pounds!? That's a little crazy :/ I don't see that happening, but hey I could be wrong. I don't think I've gained much water weight if any..
 
Idk I couldn't beleive it bro but then again I couldn't beleive I was at 180 I hope I can stay at 175 gonna keep eating
 
DAY 37:

It's way past my bedtime and way late, so I'm just gunna give a brief summary and post my workout. Busted my ASSS off in the gym today, and felt amazing. Hair shedding is to be noted, shedding in the shower. Actually think it helps when I use the conditioner also..? Muscles in the gym are ROCKS. Could workout forever it feels like, just pack a couple meals and some clean underwear and a pillow and stay the night :D LOL

DAY 38:

Not happy that I can't squat. Really pisses me off actually. Workout today was short, ended up going out with the lady n got in a fight and ended up back home anyways. Not in a good mood at all...sometimes wonder why I'm in a relationship at all....

-Treadmill 1min @3mph 1min @ 5.5mph 2min @6.5mph

Decided that until my back recovers, that I'm going to take a different approach and do lighter weight and more reps.

No more rest days, so it's chest in the morning...gotta work at noon
 
DAY 39: Workout sucked....

Earliest I've worked out in a.long.time.. And it was terrible. Good reminder of why I go in the afternoon lol but I had work at noon until midnight, so I HAD TO GET SOME GYM TIME AT LEAST!

Killed leg press. Strength and pump are NUTZ :D squatted, and glad I did. Pain in my back, but manageable. Did some ab work and light back to make up for yesterday, felt awesome in the gym today.
 
DAY 42: Last day, back pumps

Call me crazy, but today was the last day of my cycle and I had terrible back pumps! Allll dayyy, actually somewhat painful at points. Joints? Extremely dry, especially in my right knee and ankle.

I'll post my workout and then I'm off to bed, and I will get into detail about a lot of things tomorrow and wrap up the cycle portion of this thread and into PCT

Going to make a couple changes, just a heads up to you guys. Instead of waiting until week 3 of pct for creatine, I am going to start it right away. I feel as if I didn't gain as much as I should of and could have, so I don't want to wait to start creatine. I am hoping to continue climbing in weight and strength throughout my Post Cycle.

2nd change....i am going to implement a 4-day routine instead of 3 days. I feel like I am in the gym too long(definitely am) on Chest/Tri/Shoulder day, so I will be doing CHEST/TRI....BACK/BICEPS/CORE...LEGS....SHOULDERS/CARDIO--- and try this out for a while...

Any respectful critiquing or thoughts on this are welcomed.
 
Take a sip of protein shake keep in mouth drop in RC swish and down. Dont breathe and chug the rest. I do it with my pm shake add milk it helps
 
Im on the first day of week 2 and I'm on torem, skin is slightly oily, a little acne on my nose which I'm not prone to never got it bad during puberty .sometimes I notice my moods are different not necessarily like bad or ahole like just different not sure if it's the activate extreme or the torem or both. Either way so far so good honestly I don't ever seem to "notice" the creatine effect except the endurance which I am feeling now

Definitely not looking forward to the acne, especially from the DAA. I was very acne prone for several years, and still have very sensitive skin and have to be careful. Thanks for the tip on the RC taste too
 
I haven't bailed on this thread guys I promise. I have been really busy and studying and working on getting a promotion. I will have the final log review up sometime this week.

Pct is going fine, haven't lost any strength and actually gained 1.5 lbs. Still taking all supports and 4 caps Recycle daily, 2 in the am & 2 in pm with meals, and Tamoxifen 1.4mL split into 2 doses. A bit moody and emotional, could be the Nolva(tamox) or it could just be a lot of the stress and things I'm dealing with at the moment... Probably a mix of my hormones changing and the stress...
 
I'm on week 3 pct just added erase, looking and feeling great bro how's urs coming along? Are you finding the time to train cuz u really need to make sure ur getting it in.

Hell yeah, pct is going great for me. I'm in the second week. I'm training hard still, just had to prioritize and haven't had time to do the final log/review on the epi. It'll be up tomorrow though. I'm actually still slowly gaining weight, and my diet it somewhat dirty compared to on cycle

From what I have seen using cel for example, it's more like a suspension and not a ban.

Nope, completely wrong. Yes I believe celly was suspended, but I actually WAS banned. I had to contact Admin of AM as a guest on the website several times, waited a while. No response. Then made another AM account, so that I could personally contact David Dunn and wrote an apologetic message and also explained myself and the misunderstanding that happened and also sent that same letter to Admin via PM of my new account. After a whole month of it being reviewed, I was finally granted access and am now able to participate. It was a ban, not a suspension.

If you are banned, getting un-banned isn't likely to happen. Unless in a rare case like mine, you were banned for no reason.

I jokingly commented on a thread asking where to get SD(which is now illegal) and said I could theoretically sell one. In no way was I serious, but it was perceived as such.

I'm very fortunate to be back, and it was definitely a long process and took time to put together quiteva long letter to the creator of AM.

Okay guys so it's about time I did this. I don't have much time so I'll keep this simple and sweet.

Final review: IMO Epi is a great first compound for someone looking to physically enhance themselves and learn a lot about their bodies on prohormones. I originally planned on bulking, but it really turned into a recomp which was fine. Ebay they say about Epi taking almost 3 weeks to kick in, is true in my opinion. But by week 3 my miracles were extremely full most of the time, and when I flexed they were ROCK HARD. I did start to notice headaches and minor nosebleeds around the 4th week, and increased my water intake and this seemed to help a bit. My moods definitely fluctuated, and I was more aggressive in my behaviors. Sleeping was noticeably more difficult to get, and to fall asleep quicker at night was almost impossible, which led to sleeping in later and I always felt lethargic in the mornings. It sucked. I did notice quite a bit of hair shedding towards the last couple weeks, but that has since completely stopped, and my hairline was not effected at all. I really enjoyed Epi, and will possibly run it again in the future. Lifts did all go up slowly but surely, and I did put on about 8 pounds. Unfortunately during pct I did get extremely sick, and my appetite and training went out the window as I couldn't go to the gym, so I actually lost everything and dropped all the way down to 142lbs, which is almost 12 pounds in weight I lost while I was sick. I am slowly making my way back and am sitting back around 147 and will get to 150 before I cycle again ever.

I should say Megestrol (generic megace, cheaper than megace by a few hundred dollars). This is generally prescribed for heat flashes, but it has a gigantic side effect of drastically increasing appetite. It also has one of the coolest side effects I've ever heard of -- it's been shown to stop the growth of tumors.

And periactin is an antihistamine. It makes you quite tired at first, but it is probably the strongest of the three.
