You love RPM.... but what about IGF-2?

I'm very curious to see what the stack does, if anything, to hormones. I can't get steroid hormones tested by the lab we have in town..which sucks.

Does wonders for thyroid levels though, lol.

Damn, when my bodyfat gets to 10% am I going to be vascular as all hell. The inside of my forearm already is starting to look like a washington dc roadmap :D
 
Just checking in to let everyone know I didn't take the supps and run. I was on vacation for the past week and a half. I have 2 days at work, then I go on a weekend cruise from L.A. to Mexico and back. I will start my workout on Tuesday of next week. The best part is it really gives me something to look forward to, instead of dreading coming back to a normal work schedule :)

I sent a PM to Lanbane, but I'll post here just to keep anyone who is following this thread up to date.

I'm back from my ~2 week vacation. I wasn't able to get a lot of working out done during that time but I'm ready to rock now.

Do you want me to start taking the IGF-2 immediately or do you want me to get 1 week of workouts in prior to starting it?

My dosage plan is as follows but let me know if you want me to do something different.
3 pills immediately upon waking up (I have a protein shake, oats, etc. about 30-40 minutes after that)
2-3 pills empty stomach 45 minutes prior to workout (take BCAAs prior, during, and after workout along with PWO shake)
2-3 pills 45 minutes before bed (on empty stomach, this way I can still take a protein item right before bed).

I don't plan on taking anything else including creatine, RPM, etc. I'm strictly taking food, protein supplement, multivitamin, fish oils, and BCAAs on workout days around workout time.
I also don't plan on changing up my diet. I want to see if IGF-2 really makes a difference if I leave all other factors the same.

just threadjackin. I'm completely confident in the ingredients in IGF-2, even got into a spat with jacob from usp labs because I called it similar to powerFull's original formula, with additions.

I'm really liking neovar, so much that it is now becoming my staple nutrient repartitioner. pity, i have a bunch of yellow gold left, plus 2 bottles of pslin

I can get away with 25-30g and not feel bad, assuming its fructose based (bannanna, fruit juice, etc). 25g of just oats seems a little iffy.
 
Neovar is another overlooked diamond in the rough. Almost all reports on it are positive. Glad you guys are liking it.

It seems more "controlled" than yellow gold or pslin. Thats the only word I can use really. I've never taken anabolic pump so I can't compare that. I get a nice pump off neovar, that lasts well, rather than either the less noticeable one from yellow gold, or the so damn pumped my biceps are cramping from pslin. Also the bathroom behavior is nicer than with yellow gold :) Neovar does have me using the bathroom within an hour or two of taking it, but its not explosive, just keeping me regular :D

NeoVar maximization- take 3-5 NeoVar immediately post-workout w/ about 50-100 grams of WMS, maltodextrin, or whatever post-wo carb you prefer, along with whey (has an insulogenic effect), and 10-20 grams of BCAA- this combo boosts recovery significantly. Also, take NeoVar and IGF-2 together, they are a VERY synergistic combo....

take the second daily dose w/ another complex carb meal containing another 50-100 grams of carbs- you can get away with lower amounts of carbs (probably), but the low end depends on the individual- start low with the NeoVar dose, and low with the carbs, and then taper accordingly....
