Final Review-

Starting Weight-197
Ending Weight-192 (-5)

Starting Bodyfat- (10.2%) *orginal thread said 9.2 but was 10.2
Ending Bodyfat- (9.5%)

I'm sad to see my bottle of Blue Gene run out, it was really a good experience there was quite a bit of effects seen from this but you really have to be tuned into your body to see them. I'll comment on each separately in a little bit my overall goal with this product and with my training during this time frame was basically to get in better shape, I didn't really have a weight or strength goal but rather a goal to get in overall better shape endurance wise, strength if it came and speed wise and it certainly helped in those regards. There was quite a bit that went wrong during this time on a personal basis, unable to access gym at times, sore back among other things but I'm still pleasantly pleased with the results.

Blue Gene Review-

I thought the most noticeable aspects of this product, were mood improvement, endurance, and strength increases will losing weight. Upon initial dose you could really feel a boost in mood and energy levels it wasn't a slap in the face wake you up kind of energy, but a focused get sh*t done energy kind of like something clicks and your just ready to do work.

Strength wise I thought the product helped me increase some lifts while I was incorporating more work geared towards endurance, specifically I started running more and doing a lot of super sets and compound sets I also upped the volume quite a bit and was able to recover very nicely.

Recovery, this was one of the things I expected was going to be good from this and it was. It wasn't insane, but it allowed me to do more sets with more weight each week volume was greatly increased during this cycle and I didn't burn out so to me that is a huge plus.

Overall I think Blue Gene is a very underrated product, and think it is a great bargain and will buy again.

Purple Wraath Review-

Taste- The taste of this is amazing its purple lemonade I believe and I could honestly drink it all day, put it in a gallon and just sip it would make me a very happy person. 10/10 on taste.

Mix-ability- Another phenomenal aspect of this shake for 10-15 seconds let sit for a bit and no clumps at all perfect mixability 10/10.

Endurance- Another great aspect of this, I was able to recover between sets faster I was able to put up more weight and move at a much faster pace throughout workouts with much more volume. 10/10

Honestly there isn't much to complain about Purple Wraath if anything at all, it does what it says and it does it very well. BCAAs will never be revolutionary but this certainly helps and with the added Beta Alanine and other ingredients it really fuels your workouts and yields great results.

I'm not really sure what else to say, I was overly impressed with these two products they really helped endurance wise and helped with the ability to fight fatigue I really powered through almost every workout with these two products. I highly recommend them to anyone cutting or gaining weight seriously very impressed with these two products.
