Calves and quads finally starting to vein up. Love prime. I have used at least 3 cycles in my life of prime at 3 month periods.
 
Would like to do 30-50 pull ups eventually in a row. Rep them out. I can do I think 20 or around there +- few reps.
 
lol saw the guy above mentioned pull ups. I would be hella happy if I could 2 pull ups in row hahahahha
 
Finally over 3 plates on the incline! Now I wonder what I could do with prime fueling my efforts?

It starts at 2 brother, then you have to earn it. Just do them all of the time. Every time you walk past something that you can do a pull-up on, do as many as you can. I have my pullup bar hanging on the bathroom door frame, every time i go in there, i knock them out. You will be doing 20 dead hangs in no time!! Especially if you had some PRIME to boost your test and make your muscles huge!!

Really? Your going to put it on USP Labs like that?
They currently have probably 30 promo's between multple boards right now and selecting winners may be one of the last things they forgot regarding the date and how many people. You have to realize that casey and his crew are very busy on USP labs home forums, BB.com etc. Not to mention they still have to take care of the USP Labs promo's regarding the oxy elite protein on many forums to boot. Sometimes they get behind it happens, after a major IC release and getting those packages to their consumers this may have slipped back a day or two. Please be patient and know they will get those winners in. Just sit back and relax and let them get around to it when they can. Casey is one very busy individual and deserves some slack now and then for how busy he is. Lets just stop jumping the gun they will come..

I was just sad. :( you dont want to know how many thousands of times i've refreshed this page in anticipation lol. USPLabs is awesome for even giving a promo while prime is so cheap.
 
Dang, I can't believe I missed this promo. Hahaha how am I supposed to hit my PRs now?? I'm looking to add about 6-8 more lbs of muscle over the next 12 weeks or so. Then I need to start dieting for my first bb'ing contest. The addition of some extra mass before then would certainly serve me well, especially on my little arms!

Good thing I've already got two of the 150 ct and one of the 120 ct bottles of PRIME ready to go. But another bottle certainly woulda made the run that much better. I've never used the product before so I'm looking forward to starting it up, which will begin tomorrow!

not to be rude, but if you've already been lifting for a while, 8lb of stage weight in three months is highly unlikely, especially if you're natural.

Would follow your contest prep log tho


Also, I've never ran prime before either, maybe it could help you achieve those goals.


Would be interested to see how much strong[er] I can get with it.

There is more to life than an online internet promo run on a specific board. I think family and friends is 2 things that could be a lot more important :) the boards will always be here. your real life and social interaction may be a bit more personal, or getting in your workouts or nutrition compared to hitting the refresh button :)

Dont get me wrong, winning a Promo is awesome, but there is more to life than sitting in front of a box and hitting a computer button. We are just grateful that USP labs does what they do. Create incredible customer service, provide enough promo's to blow your mind, and give back to their consumers in a generous way.

No offense taken at all, man. Haha I'm trying to convince myself that it is possible and that PRIME, or whatever other supplements I decide to use, can help do the trick. If I can somehow entirely trick myself into believing it's possible, then it may actually happen. And yes, I'm competing natural w the OCB.

Yeah, hopefully some strength gains will accompany the size. People seem to make some nice gains in strength and performance on this stuff.
