You Cant Flex Fat!!! Recomp log.... Dbol/TEST E/Winny and other stuff...

hey dave does clen ever make you lose your appetite. im running T3/clen with my tren/test and my appetite is gone. like i am never hungry. its grossing me out trying to eat. any advice? im slimming up nicely but i also appear to be flatter. my mussel dont seem to stand out. other than that everything is great strength is crazy up even on this calorie restriction.
 
Clen can do that man. Drop it for a few days. Drop the T3 dose too for a few days and see if your appetite comes back.
 
im down 1% BF in a week, so its defiantly working. im going to power through for another week and if things dont get better im going to drop it. i think the flatter look might be from the lowered carbs. might try and up carbs to see if that stimulates the appitite. ive used clen before and it didnt do this to my appitite, but this clen is overdosed. im only at 40mcg and my hands are shaking. i ran a short cycle of t3 before too and my app was fine. the only thing im new to is the Tren. but yeah ill drop the clen and lower T3 if things dont start to get better. i had to force my self to eat cake last night, WTF. i ****ing love cake.

Thanks man. Good work on that 1%. Power through that sh*t and it might just be your body re-adjusting to the chemical warfare you are waging against it. I doubt upping the carbs will help much tho. They will just make you feel fuller from my experiences.

Simple ans sweet. Had a good pump and was slightly sore the next day. I dont really hit my shoulders very hard that often because they get worked on other lifting days as well.

Aug 27th-
A.M Cardio 400 Calorie Burn

Chest/Abs
Incline DB bench 70x10, 100x10 (PR), 100x7, 85x8

Decline Bench (strict 40X0 tempo) 135x10, 185x10, 225x6

Pec Deck (40X0 tempo) 135x10, 10, 10

Seated Incline Cable Crossovers 25x8, 25x8, 17.5x12 (never tried this and it fried my chest)

Abs-
Side Crunch 2x25 (held the contraction for a 2 second count)
Leg Raises 2x25

Good chest workout. I hit it from a different angle and switched it up completely. My chest is sore as fock today.
 
Feeling and looking dry today. Going to hit a brutal back workout after work.

Winny-
I started using Winny last monday at 30mg ED. This monday (27th) I bumped it to 40mg. Next monday I will go to 50mg and maintain that until a few days before I start clomid in PCT. I should really feel it kick in next week right after the 2 week mark and seeing results at around 3 week mark.

Liver support-
I am using Aegis Liver support. This stuff is amazing and has a great track record. I will be on if from now until a week after PCT since the use of exemestane and clomid during PCT strains the liver.

I will update later and gunna have the girl snap some pics this week when I get a chance.

Thanks bro. Just a few weeks man. My pct starts first week of OCT. I got a calender I track it all on but don't got it on me now.

Big news! So at the beginning of the cycle I was at 1RM of around 405 for deadlift. Just 1 rep maxed 480! Suck it biatches! I could have gone heavier but I didn't have my wraps.

Greatest back workout. I got pumped and PR'd every lift.... now I'm gunna go home, eat a steak, inject and then ravage my girl! Aaaaaahhhhh!

P.M. Back Workout

Deadlift- 315x1, 405x1, 480x1 (PR), 295x10, 225x10.

T-Bar Rows 90x12, 135x10, 135x8

Pullups BWx10, 10, 10, 10

Smith Pullovers 150x10, 150x10, 120x10

Berfore my cycle my deadlift 1RM was about 405ish That is a 75Lbs increase in around 10 weeks. The only reason I had to stop at 480 was my grip. I didnt have my wraps with me and my grip was starting to fail. I will Max again in 2 weeks on it. Next week I max out on Squats and Bench.

Still dosing FormaSurge at 3 pumps A.M. and 3 pumps P.M. Every day I seem to be hornier after I dose Forma.... Test and Winny prolly doesnt help. My girl isnt compaining. But that means my estrogen levels are just right since I still have a good sex drive.

I am very jealous...I don't think I will run adex ever again. My estro is straight killed along with my sex drive.

That sucks man. I have had a out of control sex drive this cycle. I just let my estrogen go and dosed my adex low then found my sweet spot. After I switched to FormaSurge there is no difference except maybe I am a bit hornier....

Agreed...I started adex at .5 e3d cuz my estro was pretty high but my sex drive has been through the roof my whole cycle...

I couldn't find a sweet spot with adex. At 0.25mg my nips were sore and my bloat was out of control...I was horny as f**k though. At 0.5mg my bloat is managed, nips are good but no sex drive and my elbows are painfully dry.

I was the same way. I upped my Test and took .5mg EOD for adex. It has a life of about 24-36 hours as long as you keep blood levels stable. That was my sweet spot. Throw in some Glucosamine (sp) and my joints felt wet and I had no bloat.

Glucosamine, MSM, and chondriotin is standard for me. I have 3 more weeks so I will just deal with it and learn for next time.
 
Took yesterday off. Hit cardio this morning for a 350 calorie burn. I have a slight sore throat so I'm gunna smash a ton of Vitamin C today and lots of fluid. Prolly gunna take a day off and hit it hard all weekend.

Man I'm thinking about running 1g of test prop for 8-10 weeks my next cycle. I love tren, **** is giving me crazy definition, more than test. But I want to see what 1g of test will do. I'd like to run an oral but that would take away from the test.

Hey guys I'm back. Still been hitting the gym. Got a ton of updates today. My life was crazy these last few days. Had a memorial service for a friend that got killed in Afghanistan and it took a huge chunk out of my time. Cycle is going strong as hell and the winny is kicking in hard and strong at 50mg ed now.

What's the winny giving you at this point?

The Winny is giving me some huge pumps, lots of vasularity and my muscles are starting to look dense and very hard. I am not sure how much it is giving me as far as water retention reduction because I am still using Formasurge and it is keeping me pretty dry. But I am sure it plays a part being a DHT compound. I can feel the strain it puts on the body being a 17aa steroid, but I am using taurine @ 4g ED, Glucosomine, Hawthorne Berry, Aegis Liver support and tons of water so I dont have any bad sides or dry joints as of right now.

90 Degree Reverse Pushdowns 80x12, 80x16, 80x10, 80x20 (Pump was painful and this really targeted my upper Tri)

Over all was a good workout. Still getting gains and feeling beastly in the gym. Forma and Winny plus all the test = a HYYUUUGGGEE pump. People were staring pretty bad.
 
Sept 3rd

Incline DB 70x10, 105x8 (PR) 105x4, 85x10 (done with a 40X0 Tempo made it hard and painful)

Decline Bench 135x12, 185x10, 226x6 (PR... its the fact I did that weight after DB incline and the Pec Deck that makes it a PR)

Lying Leg Raises 25 Reps

Great chest workout and I was sore the next day which was a weird feeling because of all the anabolics I am on I havent been sore like that in awhile. I am sticking to this routine for chest and maybe switch the Decline and DB incline around for muscle confusion after a couple weeks.

This Shoulder workout wore me out. I am getting stronger for sure. I really felt and saw the affects of winny during this workout. It was my first day at 50mg.
 
AAS Update

Ok here is how my cycle looks now and also to show how I am ending some compounds and bringing in more.

Test- I am tapered off and back down to 600mg EW. This will continue and help me not drop off so hard as I go into PCT.

Winny- Started it 2 weeks ago at 30mg, bumped to 40mg for 1 week and now I am in week 3 at 50mg and I will stay here until about 3 days before I start Clomid.

Formasurge- Still dosing this as my AI at 6 pumps ED (3 AM and 3 PM). This is keeping me dry and I am showing NO signs of estrogen type side effects or anything to point to a negative side at all.

Aegis Liver Support- This will be used through PCT and stopped before my post PCT bloods. It has some amazing reviews and some pretty respected people vouch for this. So we will see what my liver values are at.

Over all I am very pleased with my recomp so far. My joints are great, I am vascular, I am down in bodyfat, I am stronger and bigger. I weighed in on a empty stomach this morning at 199 lbs. That is a 15lb increase with a drop of 2-3% in bodyfat over 12 weeks. I still have 4 more and the Winny is just starting to work its magic. I will have pics up this weekend... the girlfriend is dying to watch me pose and snap pics lol

HYYUUGGEE Pump. Felt good and got my triceps pretty well. My tris are a lagging muscle in my opinion and grow much slower than my biceps so I try and concentrate on them a bit more during my arm workouts.

Sept 11th-
Chest/ Abs

Incline DB 70x10, 100x10, 100x8, 85x8, 50x13 (51X0 Tempo for last set)

Concentrated on perfecting form and controlling my tempo. The tempo changes and the control of the weights nuked the fock out of my chest and that is one of the best pumps I have had in along time.... almost orgasmic.
 
My leg is almost healed so I will be smashing a massive leg workout on saturday morning. My joints are holding up well, libido is through the roof, had a bit of bloat lately but that is just some loose eating.

I competed in a strong man competition on tuesday and took 1st in the semi finals. I am competing again friday in the finals. Because of this my carb intake is a bit different this week and I think that is where the bloat is from. I am around 300g Protein, 350g Carbs and 100g Fats these last few days.
 
Sept 12th
Shoulders

Seated DB Press (all the way down) 60x10, 60x9, 60x9

DB Shrugs 115x12, 115x15, 115x12 (115lbs Dumbells in each hand total of 230lbs)

Made this short because my shoulders were taxed from the 11th's chest workout. I couldnt really hit any other muscle groups because of my strongman competition on Friday morning. So light shoulders it was. After strongman finals I will be attacking the gym with a serious vengence all weekend Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues with Wed, Thur off.
 
Its a military strong man comp. I did 7 ton tire flips (they weigh 350lbs each) for 60m, 35lb ammo can lifts and sprints with 1 in each hand then a Humvee push (armored type so it was 3 tons) for 80m. All of that was back to back for time. 8 competitors and I took 1st to put my in the finals. They won't say what the final comp is until I show up tomorrow so it could be anything.
