You Cant Flex Fat!!! Recomp log.... Dbol/TEST E/Winny and other stuff...

Gunna take an off day today. My right knee is bothering me. I got home from the gym yesterday and just had to take the dirtbike out for a few laps and hit some jumps... now my knee hurts :banghead: I am gunna just hit some cardio on the eliptical and burn around 500 cals after work depending on how my knee feels.

Yeah man. straining muscles blows. Try stretching it out with some bands before your next arm workout. I usually stretch my elbows and shoulders since they took a beating in highschool when I pitched on the baseball team. My right elbow and shoulder are all messed up now lol. Stretching is overlooked quite abit nowadays.. I even forget because I am so pumped to lift by the time im in the gym. But a good stretch can save you from injury.

I agree. I've strained my psoas, pec three times, and now my bicep. Im stretching, icing, and heating. Im also just doing light biceps high reps to get the blood flowing well in the tendons so it'll heal better.

Monday Aug 6th
Arms/Shoulders

A-1 Square Bar Curls 65x10x10
A-2 Lying BB Extensions 30x10x10 (I dont like this lift so it wont be sticking around)

B-1 Arnold Press 60x3x12 (+5)
B-2 Bent Over Rear Delt Raises 20x3x10
B-3 DB Shrugs 100x3x10

Switched it up and used some new lifts. Was a great sessions and my arms were focked up after. I dropped my breaks to about 60second for A exercises and 30 seconds for B. B exercises are a tri-set and it is focking brutal to say the least... I dread finishing Bis and Tris.

Wednesday Aug 8th
Chest/Back (I skipped legs because of my knee and my legs are one of my strongest muscles anyways)

A-1 Decline Smith Press 190x10x10 (+10)
A-2 Wide Grip pullups BWx10x10 (made it farther before I started kipping)

B-1 Pec Deck 155x3x12 (+10)
B-2 Smith Machine Pullovers 165x3x10 (+15)

Had a huge pump and I can feel the FormaSurge kicking in now. It has made me a bit dryer and I think more vascular.. hard to tell using 900mg of Test tho. I am feeling good and strong... lifts are going up.
 
I just picked up some forma surge and endosurge. Figured they'd go nice with the tren. My clothes don't fit. Wtf, I can't afford new clothes. So I don't think I can bulk any more. I need to trim off a few pounds if fat. I'm at 223lbs and 14%. So I got about 30lbs of fat on me. What should I do? I'm thinking just add some fasted cardio. Maybe drop cals by 250. No trying to lose much. Just need to be able to fit into my uniform for another 3 weeks.
 
1. Drop your cals by about 250 and do cardio 5 days a week. Burn 500 calories each session. thats 2500 calories a week in just cardio and 10,000 a month. 1lb of Fat is 3500 calories so in 4 weeks you would burn about 3lbs of fat off.
2. Cut out carbs for a couple days a week and cycle them. I do carb days on Wed, Sun. I hit about 100g on low carb days and and 300g on refeed days.
3. Eat at maintenance and do a mixture of both of those while you run your "cutting gear"
 
Cool, I'm not trying to drop to much but I didn't expect to gain 25lbs in5 weeks. I was planning on bulking for at least 8 weeks but my pants won't fit. I'll start up the cardio, and get the recomp/cut portion of this cycle going

Quick Update-

Took yesterday off. I was wore the hell out after work. I hit Cardio for 250 Calories in the morning tho.

Today I hit 500 Calories on the Stairmaster. Going to the gym in a few to hit Arms/Shoulders.
4 pumps of Forma
250iu of HCG tonight
Preloading Liver support

I start Winny on Sunday.

Sweet **** brotha, what you get on the shoulder? I know how that pump is, it's caused both my back and now my chest to start peeling after workouts. Yesterday my chest started peeling from the pump....I was doing lower body....:P

Umm, if i'm starting to get acne on my face from the SD, should I leave it at 20mg or up it?

Its a demon with horns and tenticles that goes from my back up over my lats, shoulder and onto my chest around the Marilyn Monroe. Its not done I bled really bad for some reason and he had to stop. I'm going back next week to finish it.

I would bump it. Get some clearasil face wash and you will be good. I use it on my face and shoulders everytime I shower and I have very little acne with 900mg of Test.
 
Word my brother, that tattoo sounds so sick! I want a big piece but I can't figure out what I want yet, for now it's just the squirrel reaching for my nuts. As for bumping it up, I thought it was stupid to judge it off of some pimples showing up. Lol I picked up oxy cleaning pads for $2 at albertsons the other day, figure that will do that trick
 
July 13th

Took a break from GVT and did just a Back workout.

I had to cut it short. I didnt do the Lat Pull downs. I had some crippling back pumps and tried to puch through but didnt make it lol. I cant usually put up with them but this one was by far the most painful I ever experienced. I bumped up the Taurine to 3g 2x a day and am consuming water at 2 gallons a day.

Gear is still
900mg Test EW (beginning of Sept I am dropping it down.)
FormaSurge 4 pumps ED broken up to 2 Am 2 Pm (12 hour half life)
preload Liver supps
Taurine 6g ED
BCAA ED during W/O

I start Winny on Monday @ 50mg ED.
 
Guess I will share this wierd experience with you guys.... So sunday I injected 450mg of Test into my right quad. I did it by the book, sterilized bottle, New needle for drawing, Switched needle to 25g, Sterilized inject sight, Warmed up syringe, and injected. During the injection my roommate decided to start screaming quotes from Step Brothers and I laughed. I kinda tensed my leg and moved the syringe. Nothing major but it still didnt feel that great lol. Anyways had some serious PIP Monday and Tuesday morning (nothing crazy but it felt like hitting a virgin muscle) my leg even swelled a little bit.

Today I noticed that there is a red spot about the size of a both my hands on my right quad over my injection sight. It is still slightly tender but it is noticeable red like inflamation or something. I know its not an infection... I would know if it was infected or I would have a fever by now. Just kinda strange. I never really noticed if it happens every injection because I usually hit my glutes and I dont really stare at my a$$ that much... purely because it is hard to see haha

Figured I would share. Im not to worried and am sure it will go away.

i had a strange spasm last week so did howwedo. bad week for quad pins.

so i been doing the diet and carb cycling like you said plus im running a paleodiet. and im leanning to fast. u ****ed me dave, your carb cycling works too well. check out my new pics. im going to up cals and keep carb cycling, hopefully ill start gaining again.

Just saw the pics Chris. Nice work man! Your body reacts good to carb cycling. Gotta have those refeed days tho to keep yourself gaining. Your body will like tren if carb cycling works. With its ability in nutrient partitioning you will build great mass while melting fat.
 
Cool, well I'll have to read more about it. Cuz at this rate im Gona end up At 200lbs and 3%bf. which is not the goal. I can't Bellevue how just a few days at 50g of carbs can shred u up.

Man I had something similar a few months ago when I started pinning quads. Massive red circle around the injection site, swollen, tender to touch and just felt wrong. Took about 6-7 days to sort itself out. Don't do legs while it's sore etc ( I learnt this the hard way ) :P

I used to get that the same exact reddness my first 5 weeks of pinning. I found this to help...right after the pin take 2 alieve or any anti-inflammatory and ice pack for 10 minutes.
 
thanks guys good info. Glad to hear I am not the only one haha. I also forgot to add I ran out of one brand of UGL Test E 300 and switched to a new brand that is pharmacy grade. The other brand never did that but this pharmacy stuff has a SERIOUS PIP! I dont really care if I have to skip a few leg workouts because they are my strongest point and I dont need my quads bigger. As long as I can do cardio on the eliptical or walk at an incline I am happy.

Cardio- 250 calories at 630 AM

Lift session- Around 430 pm

GVT Arms/Shoulders

Arms-
A-1 Square Bar Curls 65x3x10 (Felt stronger than previous in this lift)
A-2 Rope Press Downs 120x10x10 (+15 from last workout)

Shoulders
B-1 Arnold Press 65x3x10 (+5 from last workout)
B-2 Bent Over Delt Raises 25x3x10 (+5 from last workout)
B-3 DB Shrugs 100x3x12 (held a 3 second squeeze at top)

Massive pump during workout. No back pumps and felt strong and agressive.

Forma is helping me drop water. the 15th was a Carb refeed day and I hit around 300g.

I have started putting the Forma on my stomach and arms since I am getting some minor acne on my shoulders from the Test finally. It applys really well and I notice the bottle doesnt clog like some of the other brands. The bottle seems to give a consistent dose which is a big deal for me.

Normally whatever is milk, a banana and 2 slices of bread. This is probably the cause of the insane lethargy i'm having as well as I'm not really feeling much of a pump coming out of the gym. It is more of a full feeling, considering the last time I did SD, it hurt to finish a set of curls

yes my pump is CRAZY on refeed days. Low carbs on SD= Lethargy try using DHEA to counter it. I drink a BCAA before my workouts and sip on one throught it as well. Throw in some waize (about 30g of carbs worth) in it that is just about all the carbs I get during the day. Low carb Diets can kill your pumps, I still eat carbs just very low amounts 100-150g ED and sometimes lower. Just consume them about 1 hour before lifting and you will get that pump back. *NOTE* I get about 30g before working about, 30g during and hit around 30g after.
 
I'm seriously thinking my average is 50g a day. I can attest that to my awesome no cardio fat loss :P The lethargy isn't as bad as it was while it was building in my system, now it's the opposite, I'm not able to sleep...hence me being up at this time. It's all things that aren't really going to affect me at all, I can sleep however long I want and whenever until my boss gets back. Even then, that's only 2 days a week that I have to get up at a certain time. I suppose I could also look at it in a good way as well, I don't have to feel like my calves, back, tris, or bis are going to explode

Tried getting pics up. Computer is acting up. I will get it tomorrow. I have a few days of updates to post as well. I'm wore out from being out with the girl so I'm off to bed and gunna hit cardio in the AM.
 
So I have started winny at 30mg ED on Monday. No effects yet but it usually takes about 1-2 weeks to kick in. I bump to 40mg this coming monday then 50mg the following and I will stay at that dose. Formasurge is being dosed at 6 pumps ED (3 AM and 3 PM). Diet is the same and I am still killing it in the gym. I forgot my workout logbook at my buddies house so I havent been writing down my workouts to post. I am getting it back tomorrow so I will get back to posting workouts. Here is the pics from last week. My girl is snapping pics of me on Sunday.
