Yok3d and blood pressure ?

Just wondering if this stuff will cause a rise in bp. Currently starting another 2 weeks of the ec stack and don't want to add yok3d if it will lead to higher bp then what mine will already be from ec.

Thanks.

No, got it backwards. Nitrates will lower you bp. Just dont go mixing it with viagra! :D

Awesome ! So then this would be actually really good to stack with ec. Nice !
Ec and at-2 is an amazing stack !

Not sure actually. Maybe explain why you feel that way ?
Which part of it would negate the other ?

Ec and at-2 attack fat differently so they are a good stack.
As far as adding yok3d to it I'm unsure. I know ec can raise bp so I thought adding yok3d to it (taken at different times of course) would actually be beneficial. Then again I'm always learning.

(didn't mean to come across as an ass, so if I did I apologize in advance)

Thanks

Well my dosing would be
7am 25e/200c 2 at-2
1pm 25e/200c
4pm serving of yok3d
Training at 6.

There should be enough time between dosing that the ec will do what it has to do. I'll try it once or twice and see what it's like.
Or just finish this run of ec then start yok3d. That way I get 100% of the benefits of both items.

I know for sure the caffiene is fine with nitrates. Been there and done that with high dose cbol and still felt progress and overall feeling was the sAme with or without the nitrate addition. I did 150mg morning and midday, not to 200, but I doubt it will matter. I can't comment on how e would be, having not tried it, but reckon if you stick to dosing 3 hours prior it wouldn't be too much of an issue. Certainly not harmful if anything taking away from the efficiency of the stack but nothing to worry about IMO. If you really wanna be safe last dose ec at 1 and push the nitrates back an extra hour. Nitrates are the real deal though, I doubt it will change much in the way of results. Especially if you only take yok3d on workout days as it says in it's suggested information. ... My 2 cents

I think NO products are more for "fun", but Yok3d looks like a performance enhancer as well, to what extent, who knows? I could see the drop in bp happening. With regular arginine, it relaxes endothelial walls, there by dropping bp a little. Id stack Yok3d with Creapure for a great combo.

Already got the Creapure.
I'm hopefull for this new product. The last one they came
Out with was a bit of a letdown. Not talking the BCAA either.
If it works then cool, but I agree that n.o products are more "fun" then anything. Something about seeing veins poping out though that's very satisfying.

i know creatine nitrate is a lot of 'fun'. fun strength gains, fun extra reps, fun looking at the tape measure and seeing my arms getting bigger.....fun, fun, fun.

do u keep the size when u stop taking it?

gotta say that der yock3d looks nice imma have to try it

So what is the "new pathway" I'm interested. Arginine and dietary nitrates have shown the ability to decrease the o2 cost of exercise, and increase tolerance of high int exercise. So the old notion that vasodilators were just a look good supp is false.

Curious what this has to offer tho bc 35 bucks for 25 servings is very pricey

Well it's 30 bucks for 90 pills. Each serving is 3 pills. Using only pre workout (for me that's 3 times a week) means it'll last quite a long time.
I guess nitrates are the biggest newest thing. Seems like everyone is jumping on the train. If it works then cool and if
Not then I just bought a new tub of jack3d

So it is just nitrates? There's decent research supporting their use, but I thought it was going to be something newer than that. I've read half a dozen studies using beet juice and other dietary nitrates to improve performance. Arginine has similar effects when dosed around 6g. Prob with L-ARG is most Supps don't use enough to elicit any effect

aps said on shr that bonding it with nitrate caused creatine to be 1000xmore absorbable. that along with the pump effect of the nitrate itself is probably why people are seeing such great results with the creatine nitrate.

I would love to see research on this. The same thing was said about every other bonded creatine. The nitrates alone will give the pump people so desire, but claiming an arbitrary number like 1000x for a bonded creatine when mono alone is already readily absorbed throws a red flag for me. I don't doubt CN produces, definitely cannot discount all the great reviews.

Yeah I dunno about the 1000x thing. So you can take 10mg of creatine nitrate and get the same effect as 10g of mono? I have my doubts, but either way I haven't tried cn yet but sounds interesting.

the nitrate would explain the pump and endurance, while i also have gotten strength and size from it-the 1000x more absorbilty of the creatine would explain this.

i agree the reviews of creatine nitrate have been stellar, not a bad one in the bunch. i highly recommend it.

btw-just because all of the other bonded creatines have been flops doesn't mean you can discount this one, aps got it right, imo.

either way-the sheit works great. it's a must try, imo.

I am not disagreeing with you on the overall product. I will disagree with the 1000x absorption just because I cannot find anything quantifying an increase.

The thing that stings me is this is the same type of hype CEE got when it came out... stellar results and not one bad review, then months later, it went to show the crap was useless.

I love creatine, I enjoy nitrates. Been a long time fan of spinach and cabbage. :D

I will give CN a try no doubt, not knocking the effectiveness of the product.

Although I have seen some reps knock Arg then pimp their CN when Mesomorph has Arg in it. Odd to me.

well, da my only dog in this race is to get the word out on what i consider a really good product. i hope you get to try it soon, i would value your opinion.

i will say this-creatine nitrate tastes a hell of a lot better than cee, lol.:lmao:

i wish they had some samples you could buy, that way when can try before we buy.

It is fact. They were quoting from a university study they both had right in front of them.Stated the dissolution numbers and everything.Listen to the show.Good info on nitrates. But carl lanore verified all the nimbers right from the study.

i listened to the show and carl said he used the creatine nitrate himself and was impressed by it. but hell, everyone who uses it says that, and that's the truth!!!!!:28:

To the study, not the show. I see no studies provided.
