Yohimbine HCL half-life

According to a few sources, the half life is around 40 minutes, most likely a bit less. Just wondering if you guys dose all at once, or if you stagger dosage throughout the day.

I know insulin can inhibit, if not completely halt the effects of yohimbine, so throughout the day dosing could be difficult (even on my low carb diet).

I got my Yohimbine from NP but no measuring scoop. How do you guys measure it as I dont want to over dose it. Thanks.
