Yohimbine and Sesamin Oil

If I were to stack these two supplements to increase fat loss what would be an effective/safe amount to use?
 
Up to 1mg per 10lbs of body weight of Yohimbine (200lb/20mg) spread out throughout the day in 3-4 doses is safe if your tolerance has been determined. I suggest no more than 5mg at a time to see how well you tolerate it. You may even want to start at 2.5mg as it is nothing to toy with and will be unpleasant if you have intolerance issues. It is best taken in an insulin free environment, meaning away from carbohydrate meals.

Sesathin/Sesamin Oil has show to be effective at the recommended dose of 1.25ml - 3x/d. It has been show to be even more effective at double dosed at 2.5ml - 3x/d.
 
yohimbine with 100-200mg of caffeine would probably be more affective then just yohimbine
 
I've only taken as far as 7.5mg yohimbine with 25mg ephedrine. no higher than that, but it paired with geranamine, and pea/hordenine

If I can pry one more question out in this thread.... how would you compare E/Y to E/C? In stimulant effects, and all. My first impulse would be to think it's far superior, with caffeine being a vasocontrictor as opposed to Yohimbine, but the differences with Ephedrine involved may be negligable?

Anyhow, what felt better for you?
 
yohimbine for sure! caffeine as pill/powder/whatever tends to upset my stomach somewhat. not horribly, but noticeable. Its fine when its in coffee tho (I have been known to drain a 10 cup pot in an hour). Seems WAY more thermogenic with yohimbine too, I sweat noticeably more. Geranamine is a nice addition too :)

Awesome man, thanks for the info. I too get the slightly upset stomach with caffeine (even with coffee). Stuff just seems to consistantly increase my trips to the bathroom.... to say the least, there are two new products on my next order list! Tee hee heeee
 
im thinking of stacking some phedrine with nutraplanet yohimbine...

this looks promising...
