This product is MONEY when used during fasted cardio and/or training. I will say that Y is the only good when you are fasted. Saw great results from this. You def need to take more than suggested. I think 0.2 mg x bodyweight? I was 185 and I was taking around 8 per day and seeing great results.
1 pill would do it for me. Increased sweating during activity. Right after finishing my session I would keep sweating and felt cold all over my skin. Even with 1 pill I get a significant headache. However this product worked well for one of my friends. It's not for anyone / headache issue
