Have been taking one to two a day. I gotta keep it on the low end it seems when I was taking 2-3 it was killing libido but I'm also taking ol long jack and trt. Maybe overkill haha. 1 to 2 is great tho! It definitely keeps me "ready". Solid product and am very happy with it. Haven't seen if volume has grown lol I don't ever really see it. The wifey takes care of that
