Guys I have read that YG would prove to be a good product for cutting, body recomp, stop being a fat ass, etc. I actually want to lose weight overall (at about 195lbs right now and I want to get to 175 or 180) but at the same time I want to make sure the weight loss is mostly from fat (as much as possible). So my main question is what would be a good dosage schedule and amount for taking YG when on a reduced calorie diet? I want to not spend the whole day lethargic and hypoglycemic.
Also what might be the best ration of macronutrients for these purposes when taking YG?
