YG dosing for cutting?????

Guys I have read that YG would prove to be a good product for cutting, body recomp, stop being a fat ass, etc. I actually want to lose weight overall (at about 195lbs right now and I want to get to 175 or 180) but at the same time I want to make sure the weight loss is mostly from fat (as much as possible). So my main question is what would be a good dosage schedule and amount for taking YG when on a reduced calorie diet? I want to not spend the whole day lethargic and hypoglycemic.

Also what might be the best ration of macronutrients for these purposes when taking YG?

Want to send me a diet schedule bro? If I remember you were cutting with Bobo, so macros aren't neccessary. Just times, and amounts of carbs will be good.

I actually was cutting with Bobo back in the spring. It went pretty well trough the summer. but now I am back in grad school for another year (till May) and also working. It is pretty hectic so I am on a scaled down workout program. Basically I am just boxing (no weights) and doing some odyt weight exercises. Also I have to prett much eat on the run all day every day (even on the weekends) so I kind of just need general ideas of macro ratios and timings of YG intake as it relates to food and workouts so that even if i am on the run I can at least stick to some general guidelines> I really want to just lose some weight now and get healthy but I don't want to be a smaller version of myself with the same body fat, I would rather be a smaller version of myself with less body fat.

I know, I am just messing..Do you have a general macro breakdown for your diet 50?

I just wonder because we could possibly rearrange some carbs to give you the best possible dosing scheme with your current diet..

If not, 1/4 tsp broken up over 3 carb heavy doses. Carb heavy being 40-70 g carbs
 
THat might work bro. I am on the run as I said so my macros are kind f screwed up so what I try to do is eat "healthy" at each meal and then focus on that. I tend to have lots of fruit, nuts, brown rice with plain types of meat or fish, whole juices with the pulp and fiber. Protein wise almost all my protein comes from fish, chicken, dairy, or tofu. (I know maybe soy is not the best Idea).

I think the guidelines you have set out sound good. I may have to wait till the YG/AP caps come out though because I am not sure how portable the parachutes are. Like I said I leave home early in the morning and never return (11pm). That is the way it will be for the next 6-7 months so I am just trying to make the best of it fitness wise right now and it seems that YG would be a big help at least.
