So today was the first day for fat gripz incase u couldn't tell, and I love them going to use them all the time on CGBP like it that much seem to really help hit the tris harder
OHP is getting much more stable and smoother. Trying to add a little more work to the shoulders with landmine presses, and the shrugs were just because
