So what does everyone do the week before the meet I know this weekend we are doing openers then what just Stretching and mobility?

Thanks I was just going to do a few sessions of HIIT cardio just to make sure I stay below 220 going to the fair this Friday again and out for a good dinner going to try to keep it moderate thou just so I don't screw myself
