Before Yellow Gold:

--Before picture (white background good lightingwith daily newspaper (does not have to be posted on the internet but we would prefer)
--weight AM...empty stomach
--Bodyfat if available
--Morning measurements chest (nipple), arms (largest spot), waist (bellybutton), leg (8 inches above knee)
--Post workout measurements (measure the same spots post workout. Please measure as soon as possible post workout. You only have to do this measurement once).

During Yellow Gold
--weekly Pics...same instructions as above
--daily log on how you feel before, during and after meals/workouts
--weekly weigh in...AM empty stomach....
--Once weekly Post workout measurements (measure the same spots post workout. Please measure as soon as possible post workout. You only have to do this measurement once a week).


After
Pics...same as above
overall log on what you thought/felt
final weight...AM empty stomach...weight after final workout
final measurements



--30 day log
Logs must be posted at Synergymuscle.com in the yellow gold forum.

-------------------Dosing regimen-------------------

1/4 rounded teaspoon 15 minutes before morning meal
1/4 rounded teaspoon 15 minutes before pre workout meal
1/4 rounded teaspoon 10 minutes before post workout mea

or

if you have a scale use 500mgs 3 times a day.

Can you give exact weight per dose - I have a digi scale and would to be precise.

- If no carbs in first two morning meals can I take at 3rd meal since you said take with carbs?

What about days when....fasted am cardio - dosing before cardio? or keep this with meals?
 
DO you really think there will be such a difference within 2 weeks? That's not a whole lot of time
 
USP, are the logs still going to be split into two weeks, such as two weeks using only YELLOW Gold? Or do you prefer 30 days straight of only YG?

If it increases insulin sensitivity effectively, yes! For those who know what to look for...

Trust me, You will want to stay on this product for 30 days. You actually have about 60 days worth.

I felt difference on first day/first dose and totally impressed comming into day 5 in terms of time of affectiveness.

500mgs' cap it if you can...taste very bad but results are worth it..

You need to take with carb meals. YOU NEED TO TAKE 15 minutes before meals!!!!!

If you only use carbs twice a day than use yellow gold twice a day.

Oh, I plan on using it for 30 days, I just wasn't sure if you still wanted 2 weeks of YG ONLY, or the entire 30 days (no additional supps).

Anudder question: Since you said the taste isn't so pleasant, what type of beverage is acceptable to mix with? Not knowing the exact compound, I just want to make sure it was safe to mix with certain beverages (such as acidic, etc.), and not to degrade the yellow gold.
 
Here's another question, should we also take this on Non training days? If so still 500mg/15 min before meals?

Use non carbonated beverages. The best is NATURAL unsweetened Grapefruit juice and SLAM IT and chase it with water!!!!
 
Could you give a few exampls of how you want the pics? I mean just us standing there holding a newpaper (I will use it to hide my scrawny chest!)?
 
Just got it, today!!!

I'll have starting measurements, pics, bf%, the whole nine yards started up tomorrow after my evening workout. The above info will be taken in the AM. And, yeah.. that's definitely 60 days worth in there. I'm going to roll with the YG 30 day plan, too.

Can't wait!

usp, im gettin the pictures taken tonight... couldn't find anyone that had free time last night. before i start the log which of my staples can i continue to use.

gte, taurine, cissus, cee, nac, fish oil, and a multi. i also have camph and rem which i was using at night from the sale to help get some better sleep, and didn't know if i would be able to continue them either, which i have been using all summer.

Just drop the Taurine and CEE...Yellow Gold will be an amazing creatine transport.

On a cutting diet

workout days- Carbs - 1:00pm, Pre-workout 4pm, Post WO - 6:30-7 pm

Tuesday - am fasted cardio - carbs after cardio, carbs 2.5 hrs later, 2.5-3 hrs later last meal of carbs - so 3 carb meals back to back.

Take 15 before every one of those meals? even though it's not evenly spaced out? same for workout days - a dose before/after workout??

Yes take it will carb meals only..
 
no one does - best I can tell it's an herb that has insulin mimicing properties and/or controls insulin response.

It taste like crap however - and the taste does not go away.
 
i tasted a little of it last night... it was bad, really bad. i figure if i can down hmb/cee/cissus/piracetam with no problem then i'll probably grow to like it after a few weeks of use.
 
Honestly...I don't care what it taste like. Since it is going to help me continue to progress my physique, I'll choke it down everyday.

Best is to use as little liquid as possible and shot like a tequila shot and chase it with a diet flavored beverage to kill the lingering taste..
 
That's been part of my problem, I have trouble drinking it quickly. Plus it doesn't mix too well. It's a little tougher to mix than creatine mono. I'm going to keep going, though. I've made it through 3 doses total (I had one last night).

I'm actually thinking about trying to cap it, possibly :think:

I'm sure the taste will be an after-thought once the effects shine through.
