If I remember correctly a 1/2t. about 20min before meals worked pretty great.

That's putting it nicely, lol. I just put it in some paper towel and drank it down with coffee. Us old timers called it parachuting.

Yeah a lot of people did. It was, to my knowledge, one of the first GDA's like we see today.

I love YG (stack it with bulk p-slin for some awesome food pumps). Parachuted it with no issues. I wouldn't recommend just taking the powder as is because it's extremely bitter and the taste will linger.

haha well just try it straight and let me know what you think of the taste and the staining it causes . I'm usually not one to make a big deal of taste, but parachuting or capping this stuff is the way to go.
