Yellow Gold Updates--Just too DAMN Potent

YR - don't mention "the Strap" around Jay and Motiv8, it has a "special" meaning for those 2...
 
Has anyone else on yg noticed some pretty major lethargy around lunchtime? I generally take it in the morning with oatmeal, eggs, and some other kind of carbs and feel pretty damn nice all day. However my lunch is usually some sort of ****ty food like a wrap or sub ect. so I don't take any yg. SOmetimes I take cialabol at this time but that actually makes me VERY sleepy. It's like one minute I'm fine then I'm nodding out. It wears off after about 10-20 minutes and I'm fine again.

Although YG's effects are exerted most prominently during the period of dosing, they last all day in an accumulative manner to constantly shuttle nutrients to the muscles. Ingesting Low-GI carbs (if they constitute most of the carbs of that meal) are going to have that lethargic effect because of the instant influx. Try bringing a slice or two of whole wheat bread..The luteolin in the Cialabol is also pretty powerfull, do not underestimate Cialabol as a glucose disposal agent.

LOL cialabol is the best glucose disposal agent on the planet.

Wait. Do you mean HIGH GI? I'm sorry but I get a little confused w/this. Slow-absorbing carbs are low GI and fast are high GI, right? Or am I just slow and high?:lol:

I think he mixed them up. I'm fine with Low GI carbs on YG but HI GI carbs make me tired. And your right about the carbs.
 
Yeah I think Mullet got his abbreviations rearranged, and ment to say High GI.

Here's another question for ya' Mullet. Do you know what the ideal YG dosing protocol for AM fasted workouts should be? Maybe immediately pwo 15-20min before meal and later on sometime in mid-day.

fiinish cardio take YG and eat 15 minutes later. This is my exact same protocol!

Take PowerFULL, leucine, 400mg extra green tea and cAMPH with caffiene in the morning at fat loss is faster.
 
Hey Usp is that protocol something you do after a morning cardio session while you're still fasted from sleeping all night?

wake up walk straigh to the kitchen and take
-2 cAMPH
-200mg caffiene
-400mg extra green tea
-3 PowerFULL
-7grams leucine

30 or 45 minutes cardio at 5% incline at 3.8 MPH and then stretch for 15 minutes. I take yellow Gold and then eat 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6 fish oil caps, multi, Protein blend.....
