Superset overhand Bb rows w/ underhand rows

Wide grip pull ups
4 sets of 10 to 12
DB rows superset w/ Bb shrugs
3 sets each to failure
Really haven't lost any back strength, probably won't since back work is my strong point. Weight is still sitting steady at my end of cycle weight
