Really haven't lost any back strength, probably won't since back work is my strong point. Weight is still sitting steady at my end of cycle weight

Everything is staying consistent, weight and strength anyway. Just scooped up some dmaa so I will be using that pwo until my conqu3r amped comes in the mail. I'm now 3 weeks into pct and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. GW has such an amazing effect on my bp, had to drop my potassium nitrate because my bp has been too low! I usually have the opposite problem in pct. That's all for now, I might even write down my workout today instead of using my notebook for research

Yeah i noticed the same thing with GW.My Bp is usually 130\80 with GW 115\70.

I'm thinking about trying it on cycle with no other bp support to see how it performs in that aspect

I'm down about 2.5 pounds from the end of my cycle, strength is still pretty good. I'm still maintaining the "look" so I'm not worried about the little bit of weight loss. Pct will be over Friday, will post some finishing pics. I will start keeping this log updated good for the last week since I am no longer preoccupied with a little project that I've been putting together

I don't have anything on those tempo deadlifts you do!

I'm liking the tempo work. I find its really helping hypertrophy. Strength is improving with respect to the weights used at that tempo. Obviously absolute strength isn't necessarily going to be improved with this method, but this training modality is great for muscle growth and pump.

Sounds very practical, I need to try the tempo work sometime. About to overhaul my whole routine very soon anyway, have been on this piramid for long enough, might try to incorporate some in my new routine.
 
The focus on TUT is new to me in practice. I have read about it for years but never really adhered to it. With the MI40x its one of the key components so I really focused on it this time around. The focus on the muscle is huge as the weights used are lower than normal. When I finish the MI40x program I plan to do a GVT inspired program- I am leaning towards Thibaudeau's OVT program- but I am going to keep the TUT idea for the exercises.
 
Gvt is what I have been leaning towards. I really need to do my research honestly. I haven't really made a new program in a long time
 
If you're interested, check out OVT- Optimal Volume Training by Thibaudeau. Its a derivative of GVT and looks pretty decent.

Cool. Hopefully I will have some time to look around myself today. I have a couple of blueprints laying around on my phone, just need to tweak them to fit my needs/lifting style. I'm always up for suggestions though!

It's Friday and that means that my pct is over! Will get some good pics up tomorrow and that will be the conclusion of this log. I really appreciate everyone's support, especially through that tough week I had in the middle of my cycle.
What did I learn?
More isn't always better. I would have had a better run if I would have stuck to tren and d1m, I had a little too much going on. I also learned that gyno sucks and I don't want to deal with that again. Thankfully I had the necessary ancillaries on hand and I was able to get control over it before it took my nips over. 1,3 dmaa is my new stim of choice, great energy with no crash. Still waiting on my conqu3r amped (stupid international shipping). I am going to continue the epic unleashed for another 2 months because it has really helped me keep my gains through pct. I have only lost around 2 pounds and look identical to when I was still on. I'm looking forward to doing this again in a few months, until then I will just be all over your logs! Look for my final update tomorrow with pics and weight.

Finally got my amped in the mail! Half a scoop and I was zooming, best pwo I have EVER used
 
600mg of AMP is Crazy! Lol
Just half a dose still has me jacked after 3 hours. Not a bad jacked feeling either, just lots of focus and energy. You should definitely try some since you can get it easy!

I think a good pump product is essential for pct because it keeps up the feeling of being "on"

Yeah, a lot of PCT info tells of feeling a bit "off" during that time. I would like to push past that for sure.

Lost only 2 pounds since the end of my cycle 30 days ago. I'm very happy with the results of this cycle even though it could have been better. Thank you everyone for your support and most importantly, thank you olympus_labs for making supplements that actually WORK!
 
Hopefully I still have receptors left after this detox. By the end I may have shat them all out. But I want my mind right before I start the cycle.

Just take the proper off time and prepare for your next cycle with all the proper ancillaries and you will be fine. You definitely want your head in the game 100% too! If you want your next cycle looked at feel free to pm me with some details, we will get you straight
