I was wondering if Scivation Xtend + gatorade as my only source of liquids for the most part of the day, would be a good idea while I am bulking.
I am an ectomorph and somewhat a hardgainer. While I will be drinking whole milk here and there, but the bcaas + gatorade will be it. The main question, is will it be good to drink the gatorade all through my workout?
